The location is quite close to a residential area which is quite quiet, there are various prices, according to the rates and the facilities are as they are, deposit 100 thousand (checkout refunded), cold air conditioning, spacious parking, dull bathroom, hot water takes a long time to come out, mattress tilts to the middle, bathroom lights brighter than the dim room lights, no mineral water, 2 clean towels, hopefully in the future it will be better

The place is good, the parking area is spacious, the mattress is just small for 2 people, and the facilities are also lacking. There is soap but no brush + toothpaste. The toothpaste needs to be improved

Parking is quite spacious... it is located a bit in from the main road... although there are no problems if you bring a car.The room is quite big... got room 205... a bit damp...Cleanliness is rated 6... But it's ok according to the price

Rooms are not maintained. Hot water doesn't work. Dirty bathroom. The leather chair was damaged and couldn't be replaced. The toilet turned yellow and wasn't cleaned

Stayed here because the reviews on Google were good. From the outside it looks luxurious. Get a discount price of 114,000/N. The intention is just to sleep, so look for one at a discount. But honestly, the room isn't that great. The floor is dirty, the bed sheets smell musty. Maybe it's not replaced. Musty towels. Oh my god, the bathroom looks like it's never been cleaned. Super small water. Looks like the price isn't that cheap either. Previously, I ordered from Reddoorz when going out of town, I always got a super clean room. Even though I'm staying here with my husband. If you want to complain, that's fine. No longer staying here. I originally recommended it to my family. But it didn't happen.

I ordered a deluxe double room and was given a twin room which did not match the specifications in the order...the room and bathroom were dirty too...the breakfast was really strange and the rice was in a box

Book a room via AgodaWhen heading to our location, Google Maps made us get lostApart from Reddorz not giving any signs of their whereabouts, it turned out that their location had slipped.For those of you who are going there, as a guide, they are Wisma Setra Priangan.On the map when we click Reddorz Plus neae Sukajasi 2 it will say the location after arriving when we are in front of the mosque, now before the mosque there is a turn to the left which has a steep descent down then turn right, that's the location.The front office is downstairs. On the left side of the buildingRoom quality is very badThe sheets and blankets looked as if they had never been washedThe room was stuffy and smelled musty.The bathroom is also not kept cleanLots of antsHot water doesn't come outWe didn't take the breakfast packageGood service

Came here because the accommodation was full. Prices and rooms do not match. Book via Agoda req no smoking area turns out the room really smells of cigarette smoke. The bathroom walls have a lot of mold, lots of patches and seepage and the pillow cases are super dirty, the blanket also has discoloration 🤪. For toiletries, you only get 1 sachet of shampoo + soap and only 2 bottles of mineral water, no sachets of tea/coffee.

One location with Setra Priangan Guest House. Access is via an alley that is not too big and goes downhill. But the parking area is large for cars and motorbikes. Towards the front office lobby, the car must be parked in the parking area. Enough homework for loading luggage and dropping off passengers, especially in rainy times. The front office (FO) officer is quite friendly. Entered the room on the 1st floor. Turns out we were greeted by ants, coming from the bathroom area. The FO officer immediately swept it and sprayed it with mosquito repellent. The bathroom smells like "semriwing". Hot shower water flows well and stably, can be used at any time. TV programs are good, not "rainy". Available 2 bottles of mineral water, toilet amenities, towels, good WIFI signal...

Got the price of 175k/night for the room...1. Very stuffy like a hall that is rarely used even though I took this place because it was photographed with a large window, but I was given the room in the corner where the window was just a fantasy facing the wall 😑2. There is no light from nature at all, the room lights are dim, like a 15 watt lamp, so there is no light, it's also dark3. The chair is 90% torn and should have gone into the warehouse, it is still on display in the room4. One cupboard door is broken, so it's true that without a door it's not suitable and it should have gone into the warehouse5. The door inside the toilet doesn't work anymore 😑😑😑6. As soon as you entered, the mattress felt dusty as if it had not been cleaned before the guests entered7. Used towels still smell musty 🤮🤮🤮8. No night light9.
