The staff at the counter speak very poorly and provide very poor service. I am a regular customer who has stayed here for 10 years. Came back this time with new employees. I understand that payment is normally made before staying. But the staff rather invaded their privacy and added Line to demand room fees.Please consider this comment for improvement.But I admire the Blue Kitchen. That makes delicious food.thank you very much

Female employee providing room rental service The service is terrible, negative, there are no words to describe it, speaking in the worst way, not recommending anything. He spoke without a tone of voice, speaking curtly, as if we were asking to stay for free. Even though I paid Act like a hotel owner Ignore customers Send your child out of the back room, not here. Walk outside. Can you say this to an employee? There's no sound at all. I don't recommend it. Do I have to explain that the customer's room is in the building behind? Go out the door and turn right. Don't use your voice to chase away customers.***As for the 2 employees in the building behind Very welcoming, excellent service. Super cute, very good service, extremely nice to talk to, nothing wrong with the counter staff. If we don't improve the staff at the counter, the reception will be bad.

Have you ever stayed at Grand Vishnu Hotel? Every time I come to work in Nakhon Sawan, the service is always good. There are emergencies. Or if you don't have a deposit, they give it to you. But came to stay this time on 10/05/67 and met the night shift staff. If you don't have a 100 baht cash deposit, you can't transfer instead. Chasing a customer to withdraw 100 baht even though it was raining at 11:00 p.m. and using a tone of voice that was not okay. I know that I follow the rules, but sometimes I have to look at the current situation as well.

The school is newly renovated and clean. Accommodation has 3 buildings. The buildings are newly renovated and modern. Rear building, bathroom, lotus hatch, 2nd floor, building with elevator The lotus hatch is damaged and very old. It needs to be renovated. Other than that, it's good. The bedsheets are very clean. The price is reasonable.

Employees (female) at the front desk (in the air-conditioned room) need to improve their tone of voice. They should not use a harsh tone of voice with no tone of voice with customers..As for the staff, the service is very good, recommending convenient places to park and recommending restaurants as well..

The location for accommodation is easy to find and eat. There are 2 parts to the accommodation. The new building in front has been renovated. The rooms are next to the road and the old rooms are inside. Room prices as of Oct. 2023 are different by 100 baht/night (550 - 550 baht)

Stayed just one night. The TV can only be watched for 30 minutes and then turns off. Blue screen. The room is spacious. The bathroom is ok, tolerable. The spray is strong enough to sting. The warm water is ok. The strength of the shower is acceptable. The cleanliness of the bed is satisfactory. The floor is tolerable. In front of the lobby there is a strange smell, but there is no foreign smell in the room. The general cleanliness in the room is negative as shown in the picture.
