The room is clean, the staff is friendly.There is a deposit up front and it is returned after checking out if there are no problems/damage

Needs a lot of improvement, stayed at Reddoorz Delux room via Agoda, non smoking room but when I entered the room there was a smell of cigarettes, had to move to a smaller room which was fresher because the Delux room SDH had to be said. Reddoorz still makes a lot of discrepancies in terms of rooms that don't match the picture offered, no view, nothing according to request without a complete explanation and cleanliness needs to be improved. Still no influence as an Agoda VIP member, nothing special. Staff helpful and friendly.And until now Reddoorz Indonesia has not responded to any customer complaints, which is very unfortunate, even Agoda is more concerned with customer complaints.

This is a cheap hotel but the facilities are quite complete. Just annoyed by the sound of the dog outside which is really noisy when you leave the vehicle. The number of rooms is also quite large. The TV also has cable TV so stopping by could be an option because getting towels and toiletries is also not a hassle.

the place is comfortable, near the exit of the Pasteur toll road, but unfortunately because the hotel is in a housing complex, opposite the hotel there is a house with a guard dog, so every time there are guests/hotel employees, the dog barks loudly, even until morning
