Services can be improved by:1. Put the WiFi password and room service number in the room2. There is a food ordering and delivery service in the room3. The front desk is necessary to welcome guests who come.The rest is okay.

The employees are rude to guests who don't care if they stay overnight...just found a hotel like that. especially the security guard... the one with the 5 star rating gets a free mineral water bribe...

The location is not bad... the security guard is a prankster, be careful... take things from the car to a room far away... bring it yourself... the staff just look at it... the receptionist is arrogant and rude... parking at Palak is another 10k if you leave... Breakfast is just fried rice + egg... (if you have a 5 star review, 1 bottle of mineral water) Wow, that's hilarious.

Have you noticed that the cooling fan is lacking water or not? Because when I checked in at noon, the room was a bit hot... there was no AC. Only at night it's really cold!

The location is good, the view at night is really peaceful... it really makes a holiday to relieve work stress. the service is also swift.

The service was very good, all the staff were very friendly, especially the mom, even the cat was friendly and greeted me 😻 I stayed in a deluxe room, the size was enough for 2 adults and 2 children, the bathroom was inside, the view was very good, surrounded by mountains and tea gardens 360 degrees, there's a water heater too so you don't need to worry about getting cold when showering and doing ablution, but there's a little input from me, for the room, try putting a name on the door, don't just give the key a name, because I was confused about finding the room hehe and for the taste In breakfast, add a little more micin/salt for taste.And here you don't need to worry about starving, because the location is very strategic because there are lots of cheap and very delicious places to eat near the villa. If you ask me whether I want to come back here or not, the answer is I WANT to come back because the service is very, very good in my opinion🫶🏻

It's true that everything at Gayana Hills is so beautiful, it's really cool beyond words, the rooms, the tents, the service, the location, the staff, don't forget the cat whose name is "bro Maxwell", super cute and adorable, just like everything in Gayana Hills, it really destroys the world and the universe, it really lights up...

Very good and nice place and clean, the scenery is beautiful and serene, the mas (staff) are very friendly and really cool...Strategically near the Sari Ater and Tangkuban tourist attractions, the cat is very cute, his name is "Maxwell"

Recommended. Not crowded, opposite the Ciater culinary center Bukit Coffee. Not far from the Rimpang cafe, a cool place in the garden with a complete and delicious and affordable menu of snacks, drinks & big meals.

Recommended.The rooms are neat, clean, as is the bathroom, very clean and there is hot water too, but the flow is a bit small (maybe this can be a problem, right).The view from the room is also okay, because the room has a glass front wall, so you can directly see the view of the tea plantation and vast Padang. It's just that the room isn't big enough, so there's less freedom to move around the room.The air around the accommodation, both morning and evening, is very cool and fresh...
