I actually don't want a bad review but the cake needs to be improved.1. The standard room in the Agoda app is not suitable. I wanted to add a booking for a triangular villa style room like that, but I don't think it's worth it.2. The water in the tank was empty and he said it was being repaired. We have to wait around 1-2 hours. There are 2 kinds of water, the big one tastes salty and the normal tap water is normal.3. There is no water in the swimming pool near the place to eat/breakfast like in the video except for the one near the children's playground. It was also just filled last night.4. The swimming pool is basically dirty and not cleaned, maybe because there are lots of trees around it.5. Breakfast is not bad. But it's not luxurious like in a hotel.6. The room smells musty, the sheets are dirty (to the point where we asked to spray the room with air freshener) lots of flies from outside during the day.7. When we wanted to check the room before check-in time, it wasn't allowed, they said there were still people there. But apparently no one checked in at the room there (Maybe I didn't want to lose out on canceling)8. The lights in the standard room are dim yellow, so it's a bit spooky9. Access to get there is rocky. Broken poll.10. The towels smell musty + you have to bring soap from home because it wasn't given. if you have a toothbrush. ๐ฅฒ11. Fast service but yes, there are many minuses ๐ญ๐

here at an altitude of 1000 meters above sea level, it's not too cold. The private pool villa smells musty, there is no air conditioning (I don't know about the other private pools)lots of ants, the wood is moldy, damp, the water isn't hot for the pool, the access road is destroyed by large rocks, it's sad to give a review like this, but I can move to Labiza which is more humane and quite nice and air-conditioned, for I give the service a thumbs up because it understands the conditions and is quite alertZONK!

It's really dirty, the rooms are ugly, the facilities are terrible, the bathroom is ugly and dirty, the swimming pool is dirty, the towels are really thin, it's not really authentic, I've just stayed in a villa, confused about how to shower, I don't really like the bathroom. dirty

THE MOST RECOMMENDED PLACE, THE JUDESS POLLS RECEPTION SERVES IT TAKES A LONG TIME!!! , EXTRABED ORDERED AT 3 PM DELIVERED JUST AT 10 PM JUST IMAGINE IT WAS RAINING FROM THE AFTERNOON WOULDN'T BE OUT TO GO TO SLEEP HAVE TO SLEEP ON THE FLOOR, MOREOVER THE ENTIRE STAFF AND EMPLOYEES ARE VERY UNFRIENDLY!!! WHEN I GIVE YOU A SMALL MONEY SHOULD IT BE THROWN BACK??? I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN

Two weeks ago I wanted to stay at this villa, then I said I wanted to see the room first because I was planning to take the 1.5 million... when I went in I saw the room, it wasn't really that great ๐คฃ๐คฃ the room was not neat and dirty and the facilities were like that But, I immediately decided not to do it, thank God I found a hotel at the same price but it was really more troublesome...

One word for the management here, it's just looking for profit but there's no maintenance. The private pool has a small water supply sometimes turns off. The toilet flush doesn't work. TV is like watching ants fighting. If you intend to go on holiday, even though you're stressed about paying this kind of price, it's better to just stay at a hotel, the facilities are okay

The place is really comfortable, good for a family holiday. Clean, neat, spacious place.Unfortunately the water heater doesn't work and showering there is really cold, it feels like bathing in refrigerator water.Get breakfast for 1 room, 2 rice.The warm water pool is also not that hot, it's really hot. But that's not bad!In terms of food, I think my personal rating is 7*Fast, friendly service.

Came here for an office gathering, the bathroom water was dead from the start of check-in at 1 until 6 in the afternoon, the toilet flash was broken, the hot water for soaking only came on at 5 in the afternoon, the water turned off in the morning before checkout. The atmosphere at night is good. Really disappointed.

Not recommended..I regret staying here and I don't think I'll come back here, firstly, the water pool in the room isn't warm anymore, it's dirty, the bathroom isn't provided with soap, etc. only towels...If you want to go to the place, it's a bit confusing because you enter behind the Ciater bus parking lot, there are too many people extorting money, it's not comfortable in the morning because it's noisy and there are lots of people selling around, some of those selling are forcing people to buy their wares until they wait until they don't leave and they've been rejected too ๐ ..The room smells like a septic tank, looks like it was built to fit on top (forgot the room number at the top, the room is on the hook), lots of ants, the mattress is not comfortable, the TV can't be watched, there's no wifi, there's no cupboard for hanging clothes, plus breakfast takes a long time to arrive. really ๐Some of the playground toys are damaged...The air in the morning is really good, the view outside is also good... the only thing is that the rooms and the residents make visitors uncomfortable... maybe the rooms can be improved to make them more decent... for that price you can stay on a more affordable hotel. Also provide directions at the front so that guests understand that they have to take the right from the bus parking lot... ๐Sorry, this is the first time I've given 1 star, hopefully there will be changes, so that the business can continue to run... ๐

Not according to expectations, staying at a hotel for only 200 RB, the facilities are complete, this is 650 RB, no towels, no soap, shampoo, toothbrush, no cupboard or LG wifi, the swimming pool is dirty, the pool water is cold, Ouch...it's not that great to be here again
