When I wanted to get in here, I held my breath for a long time, the hotmix was destroyed, it was like I was going to climb a steep mountain, where when it rains, puddles cover the holes, as a result the front bumper of the car is damaged, if it happens too often it will probably hit the car's legs.

Checked in at 5 pm, when I entered the room the private pool was still empty.Report it to the repressionists, follow up immediately but it's useless!!! Just checked and the water flowed only a little. And until half past 8 this morning the pool was still not full ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜It's really useless to take a room that has a private room!The location is far away, the facilities are 1 star!

The concept of the villa is good, but why is the bathroom full of cobwebs and the hot water doesn't seem to come out? The towels provided also smell musty~ The sound of the generator is also really annoying. Some of the toys on the playground are broken, why are they still being put there? Access to the villa is also not good~ It's better not to take a small or flat car when you come here~

It's only been a while since I've been here... there are lots of flaws. Watching TV is limited by time... Cm until 5pm.The bathroom water seems to be limited until 8 am. The problem is that when I want to use it, no water comes out.I didn't get even 1 bottle of mineral water.However, take the wooden villa type.Then there were rats under the villa...Because in the villa there is damage or holes in the wooden floor.Even though the price of the villa is quite expensive

The road is damaged, especially when you want to go uphill to get to the lobby... I'm afraid the car will slip there. It needs to be repaired immediately to access the road to the hotel.

Very Disappointed Staying Here..We came with the hope of getting facilities according to the price we paid. However, when we arrived, the first room we were given smelled of urine, very uncomfortable. Then moved to the next room, only then got a room that didn't smell, even though it didn't smell good. Then we hoped that when we arrived we could immediately use the private pool facilities that were promised, but the conditions were not as expected. The pool water had not been filled, even though we had ordered from noon, we came at night. When confirmed about the pool water, the water was turned on, and the staff said it would take 30 minutes to 1 hour to fill the pool water. It turned out that the pool was only full after we had waited 4 HOURS, the water in the pool was not warm at all, it was impossible for us to soak in the pool with water that was not warm, and it was only full at 3 in the morning. Apart from that, the additional facilities available in the room were not good, the tissue had not been refilled, there was no soap for the bathroom, the bathroom was not clean, and the water heater still had noodles left in it, very disgusting. We expected high quality for the price, but instead we got an experience like staying in a cheap villa. But appreciation for the response from the friendly and responsive staff. Please correct the deficiencies.
