Access to the road is really messy with holes in the Ciater parking lot, then breakfast at this hotel is actually not bad, but please, too many flies make the experience of eating here less enjoyable

Strongly DO NOT recommend this hotel!!! The worst hotel I have ever been to 🙃1. Canceled by the H app - after a few hours, we found out when we checked in that our names weren't there (the reason was a system error from the hotel) I don't know if the hotel forgot to update the OTA until the rooms were full and they were still selling or not.2. The road to the location is really bad, if you're in a sedan it's better to drive3. Asked if there were any rooms still available, we were offered 2 rooms, OK, we booked it because it was already late and had to look for another hotel far away, but when we entered the room, the floor was dirty, the dressing table was dusty, all the items were there, the walls were "scratching", the water heater dead.4. When you enter the bathroom under the shower, it's filled with mud, it's really like the trash can didn't clean it (we'll forgive you, call house keeping to clean it)5. This is the most fatal thing, the bedroom is actually full of ant nests... until all the ants are on the bed, I can't imagine what it's like when I sleep.6. There is no win-win solution, we asked for a refund but the manager was complicated, he only gave the option of looking for a replacement hotel and that was a downgrade hotel.7. The road to the resort was destroyed, we booked with Agoda and had paid a week before for deluxe but when we arrived at the resort the rooms were not available. Finally given 1 room which turned out to be unsuitable, the toilet was dirty, the dusty room had not been cleaned and in the bedroom ants were falling from the ceiling of the room... the lights also went out several times. Finally at night we moved hotels and there was no apology from the manager. Highly not recommended for staying overnight.

When c.in g there was a problem quickly because we came too that afternoon. What I was disappointed with was the order of the bbq set. Previously, WA told me to order during OTS only. Just then it turned out the packages had run out even though we had brought extra food for the BBQ. ot's okay, in the evening we were given spare bbq equipment.2. The hot water in the room didn't run out until 5 minutes before we came out and it was the same.3. WiFi camera doesn't work, Netflix doesn't work. Then what are you installing for? Just display it.4. At around 8pm, my sister's hand was injured. I went to the FO to borrow a first aid kit, it wasn't complete, it didn't matter, I said I only needed first aid. 2 receptionists guarding 1 guy and 1 girl. Try checking who's in charge this weekend. The girl just answered yes, then we'll check first and we'll let you know if it's there or not. And you know, I've been waiting for an hour and there's no news. Finally I went out at night with my children to buy something outside. I see you guys are just chatting inside.5. At b'fast. Wow, this is the most chaotic. For the owners of this resort, it would be better for you to change vendors rather than using this, the more obvious it will be that your review of the place is bad. My room has an extra bed, we automatically get 3. I took 2 prtma with my sister. So I went back and got one for my husband. Next, that's when you get a fruit dessert. I just took one plate of fruit because my son likes melons so I went back again to get melons on the same plate, I mean it was for my husband's portion. And is it just refilling 6 melon seeds at the buffet with the mothers? Wow, that's crazy, I'm afraid I'll take it all🤣🤣🤣.6. Egg corners. I don't know whether I can call the chef or not 🤣 from the start he prepared it and ordered it when he came back but it turned out he made it for someone else first. When I ordered it again, it was passed over again with the excuse of queuing at the front here ma'am. Well, I'm not big enough to stand in front of your eyes until I skip ahead.There are several guests that you can go first, whether they are VIP guests. Here we all pay the same rate.
