The location is in a fairly far but strategic alley in Pasteur. The surrounding environment is quite calm and clean (not in a slum area) even though it is densely built.Didn't have time to take photos of the conditions inside the building and rooms because it was only a short transit. But overall the rooms and building are clean. The employees are friendly and the service is very good. In the morning my car was washed by the staff even though I didn't ask beforehand because when I checked in the car was dirty from rain and puddles.Don't know if there is room service and breakfast, but when ordering gofood you can leave it in the lobby and be well looked after.Check in was a bit late but was well received and there was still a front office on duty.

Homestay with 5 STAR hotel prices βββββPrice for one night Rp. 1,500,000,- (One million five hundred thousand rupiah).This homestay is located in a narrow alley near the back of Maranatha University.... So you have to be careful when accessing the road.The room is narrow...NO hot water kettle and drinks such as coffee and tea. So if you want a drink, ask the front office to have it made.Fortunately, the staff at the front office are kind and friendly.And of course you can't have breakfast.THE HOT WATER DOESN'T FLOW.... so guests who are not used to the cold water in Bandung will feel cold....Luckily for us, yes it is still acceptable...The story goes like this....My wife ordered this SM Residence via Traveloka....On May 25, 2024 at 4 p.m.For 3 people, namely me, my wife and our teenage son.The picture shows it so enchanting.....Traveloka on its site gives a WARNING that there is ONLY one room left,...So my wife made the reservation, assuming the hotels in Bandung were fully booked.Turns out That's NOT TRUE, it just seems to be the site's way of scaring guests.Oh yes, the price on SATURDAY, May 24 2024, which is the weekend, turns out to be around 700 thousand rupiah.....At that time, there was a guest who also booked and met at the homestay, who was protesting that the room and price were not appropriate...Who is playing with the real price? SM Residence or Traveloka?Who knows...I accept it.....Eat that money!!!!It won't be a blessing for you!!!

When I first arrived I was shocked because the conditions were very damp and it smelled a bit like it had not been maintained on the outside, especially if it was messy. The receptionist's desk was really dirty. The first time you enter the front terrace of the room is okay. But there are some spots that are quite creepy. Book 2 rooms and get 1 room which is really dirty. In the other bathroom, at night there is a sound of dripping water. My advice: take better care of it because for this class and price of hotel there are lots of things that are well maintained. But the mattress and room are quite comfortable

The location is in a housing complex so it's quiet, the rooms are good & clean, the AC is cold, the downside is there's no hot water & the TV doesn't have any other channels. There is parking for motorbikes & cars

Even though it's in the middle of a residential area, it's really suitable for backpacking. Far from the crowds and clean rooms. Hot water is smooth, AC is smooth..Too bad there's no photo.

A quite comfortable place if only for sleeping after a day on the road.The rooms are provided with towels, toiletries and mineral water. Place is not noisy. The car is washed by the guard.Thank You

I really recommend it. Comfortable, easy access, really good service... everything is kind and friendly. The rooms are clean, there is warm water, ample parking, the kitchen is in good condition and there is a refrigerator too. Next here again. I came from Makassar on holiday to Bandung and was very satisfied with the location of this inn. Thank you

Very strategic location in the middle of the city. Friendly staff, willing to help wash the car, polite words, clean room, clean bathroom, fast wifi, there is a public area in front of the room, but you can't get shampoo, the price is cheap π
