the service is pretty good but the room is very dirty like it's never been cleaned, the bathroom has cockroaches and the lights are off in the room, it's not comfortable because it's rarely cleaned and it's also uncomfortable to stay in so you can hear the sound from the next room until you can't sleep so you move accommodation in the middle of the night, More than 2 guests will be charged 75 thousand per person, basically don't do it

It wasn't that cold when I entered Subang, but there was a water cooler so it was really cold. The place is good if you're at the bottom, don't feel like you're camping at the top like a hut๐๐ผ๐ญ

If you get a room on the hillThe road is bad and dangerous, if you drive a car you are quite afraid, because you are prone to crashing if you are not good enough, plus it is dark and the grass is highWhen we got there, the room was not maintained, the floor was porous, musty, dusty, only 1 light was on, the one near the bed was dead, finally decided to move, I lost 365 thousand because I bought it from Agoda on Saturday ๐ญMaybe if you get the one below it's a bit betterThe employees are quite friendlyThe triangular shape of the house is actually good, but unfortunately the house is not maintained so it is ugly and a bit scary

We booked 3 rooms for 2 nights here. Initially we planned to book via the application, but because we were sure there would be empty rooms, we ended up booking at the location. And it turns out, if we book online (in the Reddoorz app), we will get the type of room at the top, and most of the buildings have a lot of damage, are not well maintained, are a bit risky and the track is slippery and steep. So I don't recommend booking via the application or online, it's better to look and choose directly at the location.The following are the pluses and minuses of this place based on my & my family's experience:(+) Surprisingly we got the best price, only 150k per room for each night! With comfortable room types for families(+) There are many choices of rooms available that can be chosen according to your needs, comfort and budget(+) The environment is very beautiful, clean and neatly arranged(+) Free drinking water is available at the dispenser(+) The furniture is neat and well maintained(+) TV functions well, all water taps also function, there is a cupboard, full body mirror(+) The bathroom is clean and comfortable, only the tub seems to be leaking? In all the rooms we booked(+) The air and water here are still reasonable cold, not to the point of disturbing activities(+) The water heater in the bathroom works(-) There are no staff on standby to ask questions or ask for help, there are only guards who are said to not understand anything(-) The road to the location is not good, damaged and rocky. Honestly, this is the most annoying thing, it needs to be fixed(-) Because it was a bit quiet when we stayed, it was a bit creepy. But I think it's natural, because the location is very beautiful and quite far from residential areas. And I happen to really like quiet and serene atmosphere. Haha(-) There doesn't seem to be any WIFI, huh? It's not detected(-) There is a room where the bed smells mustyIn my opinion, this place is really worth the price!

PLEASE READ FOR PROSPECTIVE GUESTS, I am very disappointed with the service of the inn staff, the access road to the inn is like in a horror film, in that position I stayed with my wife and my 1 year old child, the staff also didn't worry about my condition. I was carrying a toddler, the cable TV had no signal at all, the door lock was broken and couldn't be locked, the sheets and the bed smelled of urine from the small child's urine and had not been replaced at all. I asked to change the room to a better one. There was no solution because the room was full. All the worst, I asked other guests who had just arrived to stay and they said there were still empty rooms but the staff always answered that the rooms were full, in the end I decided to go out and look for another accommodation but the money I had already paid to rent this accommodation was forfeited. because I couldn't get a refund, and the staff didn't find a solution for me even though there was still an empty room in the lower accommodation, I asked for the telephone number of the accommodation staff with the intention of anticipating that if I needed anything in the middle of the night I could call the accommodation staff, it turned out I was given the correct number. it wasn't active while there wasn't a telephone in the room, my cell phone signal also happened to be badI apologize for all the service I received at the inn which was very, very bad and in my opinion Traveloka or RedDoorz should review whether the inn is worthy of being promoted on this platform or not!!!

Actually, the place is good for those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Got the room above, very satisfied with the room and view, but the road access needs to be upgraded, especially for cars. If you ride a motorbike, it's really worth it

I checked on Saturday evening and got the accommodation above because the one below was said to be full and had a triangular shape.The facilities are complete, all functioning, the staff are friendly. The place is cool and the views are really good.The building is unique in the Glamping style.Unfortunately, it looks like it hasn't been maintained when it rains and leaks. The balcony wood is already crumbling. Lack of lighting. The plants are not maintained, the grass is "Totten" The first impression is like an abandoned building, so it gives the impression of horror, it's a shame, it looks like it needs more rejuvenation, maybe if it is fixed and maintained it will be better. And if road access is improved it will be better. Continued success for your ideals.

Actually, I've been here twice, the first time with friends, I ordered via apps but it was still okay, the room was the same as what was ordered, until I got there around set time. 1 pm. Then, the following year I went with my husband.Long story short, we ordered and paid at 7/8pm and the check-in conditions were until 4am. So, we arrived at 2.30pm. We ordered the RedDoorz room, but when we got there we hadn't checked the apps on the system which was guarded using a cellphone and it said full "you know, we've already paid" then they said we were told to upgrade to a superior room (even though the price was the same), with an additional fee. I'm confused, we already paid and the full TBTB.Finally, after being there for more than 30 minutes, we were given a room which was said to be superior, at the corner of the road like an alley. The mattress has springs that have broken on one side (sleeping feels like a single mattress because you have to squeeze). So it's like you're really busy ordering by apps but instead they say the ones we ordered are full, they're told to upgrade, but instead we're told to add more.Yes, just a suggestion, if you really want to include guests who are on the spot, check the apps at the same time, don't be like that. We've already paid and we also didn't meet the conditions which say the maximum check-in time is 4am.The employees who are on guard are not honest, but instead ask for extra, it's clear to pay via the application... be careful if you want to come here who have already checked in the application. The place is comfortable, it's a bit deep and the road access is not good but overall it's comfortable enough to rest for a while... thanks to Mr Nova who helped me upgrade from a room on the hill to the bottom.

The room is comfortable, spacious at an affordable price, but the blanket is small haha. Haven't tried asking for an extra blanket yet. Access is actually not difficult, just the road is not good. Hopefully this can be fixed in the future :)

The place is suitable for resting when traveling around Ciater, Subang, Cikole, Lembang. The location is opposite de Castello, a little into the village road next to the gas station.Calm atmosphere, fresh air.The rooms are spacious (superior type), there is a water heater, no AC because the air temperature is cold, Chanel TV, sofa and table, dispenser.The staff is very kind and helpful.The downside is that the window area is not clean and the glass needs to be cleaned, although it's not that important because if you open the window, insects tend to come in, this is understandable because it is surrounded by gardens and orchards and I recommend changing the blanket to a duvet because the air temperature is quite cold. especially if it's foggy.But overall it's really worth it.Next time I come back and recommend bringing the family too, you can have a barbecue next time.
