The size of the room is decent, the mattress is enough for 2 people, a king bad, only 1 AC is on, the bathroom has a functioning water heater.The downside is that the mattress is dirty, the dirty spray is really dirty, dusty, even when you sleep, it feels itchy, you ask the staff to replace the spray, but they don't replace it and they say "it's actually been replaced, but usually it's out of stock from the cleaning service. "It didn't take long for the CS to come and say it was still in stock, but when I said wait, it turned out nothing had come and it hadn't been replaced๐ the service didn't matter that much๐ even though we knew it had really been replaced but it was dirty the same one that hasn't been replaced for a long time๐ because the floor is dirty and dusty, the bathroom is dirty and uncomfortable, the balcony is the same, very dirty๐ the curtains and other things are dirty, the sofa is not good and dirty, the TV doesn't turn on either, Even the elevator in the left corner is afraid of breaking because it's already crumbling like that, but for the elevator on the right, the second one, it's still better, the security is quite safe. There is a price and there is quality, it is reasonable, if you are looking for one that is cheap and has a fairly strategic location with a good view, that's fine, but consider the drawbacks.

The place smells like it hasn't been cleaned, the bathroom is also dirty + there's no light, the AC isn't cold, there's wifi on the phone too but there's no internet (strange), it's really stingy, this is apart!

It's really bad... staying in this apartment, when I just entered the room it smelled of cigarette smoke, the floor was dirty and sticky, it looked like it had never been mopped... the AC wasn't cold and leaked... the bathroom smelled... it didn't match the one in photo... please update the photo... because it's not the same at all!!!!!

The service from Narel's staff, a fat woman, was very impolite and unfriendly. I thought he was the owner of Narel, but it turned out he was just a sales staff member. For the Narel owner, please just replace your fat female staff.
