Awful…. The apartment is in no condition to be rented out as a hotel. It is very dirty. Went out for the day and came back to a moist smell in the room. We only left our bag of clothes there, the smell was probably coming from the bathroom. There was also a fishy smell coming from the fridge. The walls were practically falling off. The door to the bathroom was hanging on its last string. But at least there was warm water. There needs to be some maintenance done to the place, effective immediately. Oh, and there were no ticket validations, so you had to pay up to about Rp50,000 for parking if you bring a car.

Have had a group stay here (Ruby tower) 3 times during family and office events. The rooms are clean, spacious (2BR), comfortable, complete, there are Alfamart/Indomart, rice stalls, HokBen, chat time etc. The view is good (from floor 10), the swimming pool is also nice, clean.

I rented two units and only received one unit. They delayed and ignored my request to deliver the other unit. They did not refund me the value of the unit that I did not receive. The furniture is old, the mattresses are uncomfortable, and their covers are old and dirty. There is no Wi-Fi service, the bathroom is not clean, and the hand wash basin does not drain water. There is also no air conditioning in the room with a single bed. In general, the staff’s treatment is bad.

The mattress is rotten, there is no air conditioning in the bad single room, the overall is dirty and you can still get better hotels than this apart. (Kind of 3s*k apparatus")

The price is not appropriate, the pillows and bolsters are all rotten, the mattress is uncomfortable, the room smells bad, for that price it's really not enough. feels like renting a guesthouse
