The service was not good... I had ordered a place 1 week before but it turned out someone had already taken it... the cafeteria/eating area was dirty and there was no menu variation... the provision of breakfast was very chaotic... I still hadn't gotten breakfast until midday

Highly recommended, love the view of a thousand islands... good for healing 😍😍😍 far from the hustle and bustle of the city. There's free breakfast and you can play like here. first experience...Those who want to heal come here, the nights are cool. And the morning is beautiful ⛅The glamping is comfortable, the mattress & pillows are soft. There's a Badcover too so it's warm.Cus, those who want to come here don't need to hesitate..

Office holiday trip 13-15 September 2024.First Night of the Glamping tent.Second night Arpenaz family tent.We deliberately didn't order via the application, but directly contacted the management.Came at 12 at night and was still well served.Suggestion :- There is a real need for additional toilet facilities, because there are lots of queues when it's busy.- Repair of water heater facilities, because the temperature conditions are very cold, a functioning water heater is very necessary for cleaning and bathing.- Car parking also needs to be accommodated properly, so that there is no impression of hidden illegal levies for parking fees (1 car per night IDR 30,000)- As for the view of So..So, it's not too special, because the view of the lake is not that good from the camping spot.- Additional crew for the location, because it is very limited in terms of service time (Overload).- It would be better if there is a boat on standby at the location, for visitors to go back and forth, maybe they have left something behind, or buy something at the nearest minimarket.- It's best to stock portable gas to sell on site, because it's very helpful for visitors if they run out of portable gas if they bring their own logistics.The rest is understandable, hopefully the future will be better.

In the photo the picture is glamping, but when I arrived there were lots of camping tents, when I checked in, it turned out I got camping even though the picture was just glamping and the name was glamping and in the end I actually got camping.Inside the camping tent it was very cold and small for a familyDon't be fooled!!

I will review what it's like camping on a thousand islands in Pangalengan. Just input for owners and managers that in the future there will have to be a lot of management improvements here and there.- The number of toilets is inadequate, at least there must be 10 toilets and the most important thing is to ensure that the water facilities are not cut off, in the sense that they must be there continuously without stopping, at least you must have a generator set when the power goes out.- There is no prayer room facility for ablution. We have to go to the toilet to perform ablution, even if it's empty.- Free mineral water is not even enough to cover the full number of guests.- Breakfast is also not well served. Many guests have to queue to get breakfast service.- Guest pick-up and drop-off also needs improvement.- I have seen for myself that there are still some guests who are disappointed because of the problem of miscommunication regarding the service at the place they are staying. They felt they had booked in advance but when they arrived there was no place because it was full.- The rest is okay, we can still understand it.So overall management must and is very important to improve for the smooth running of the business in the future.The most important thing is that there is the availability of water facilities, both for toilet and ablution purposes, and mineral water must be available without interruption.The breakfast problem should be handled by another party so that it can be fulfilled professionally.Hopefully it will be a lesson for the future to be better.Sorry for all the input from us, because I can also feel what it's like to be disappointed, it's very uncomfortable.Thank you for your attention and cooperation
