In the photo it looks clean even though the room is dirty, lots of dust, especially under the bed, there is a mini kitchen but the gas runs out, the electricity always goes out, the AC is dead, the chair on the balcony has holes in it and is broken 1 and the toilet seat is broken

Very bad. When he arrived, he was asked for additional money of 167 thousand and a deposit of 100 thousand. He said the prices on Agoda did not match high season prices. So why?? Why was my order accepted? When it arrived on Saturday 23 December 2023, there were already 2 women who were the same and had been tricked. There were 4 guests who asked for their money back, but the response was bad. Instead, they told me to contact Agoda and Oyo themselves (as they usually cheat guests). The receptionist answered casually without giving a real solution. We were threatened with taking him to the realm of law, but instead we answered that we dared to take him to law and made a bad name for the law. Don't believe the cheap prices, there are still lots of good accommodation and good service.

The female receptionist was very rude, impolite and very rude and had no manners. Not suitable to be a receptionist, please evaluate the apartment management.My mother is old, checked in with a lot of things, when checking in the receptionist said that the cheap room price was not appropriate, she was angry and there was no etiquette at all towards the elderly and suggested a refund, because my mother couldn't find a hotel anymore and finally begged me to stay here. and the apartment asked for an additional 200 thousand to get a room, in the end my mother added 200 thousand and got a room with a BROKEN AC, THE ROOM WAS SHORT, SMALL, THE MATTRESS Smelled Slummy...My advice, if the people who are kept at the reception, please improve their manners, it's not good to speak words like prema, and be rude to my mother who is elderly and technologically savvy. Instead of being helped properly, they are cornered and made things difficultNO SURPRISE THE RATING OF THIS APARTMENT IS LOW๐

PLEASE BLACKLIST THIS HOTEL DUE TO SCAM/FRAUD. THE HOTEL DID NOT EXIST FROM THE BEGINNING.YOU WILL BE ASKED FOR ADDITIONAL MONEY CONTINUOUSLY. THE RECEPTION IS AT THE LAUNDRY.

Book on the ago*a 2 room application. Arriving at the location, calling the number listed in the application didn't connect. Chat using the application, no response. Waited for an hour and finally asked the security guard. When I found out where the agent was, it turned out that I only got 1 room. The reason is, the prices listed in the application are below standard prices and not weekend prices. OK, that's fine, instead of canceling and not getting the money back (even though it's hard hearted). When I got to the room, the room I was given was different from the one in the application, the dispenser didn't work, the chair was a bit itchy, the blanket was torn, some of the lights were off, the stove didn't work and the gas ran out and the toilet leaked so the water went everywhere :) Thank you, I'm tired of not wanting to anymore. It's better to look for another one, there are many better ones at that price
