The small shower leaked water but it wasn't repaired even though we complained, it was difficult to take a shower and clean... lots of worms and the floor was coming off... it hurt and was dangerous for wounds on the legs, especially if the parents were in danger of falling...The quality of the internet is also slow and inconsistent with the information conveyed.Cleanliness needs to be paid attention to, lots of ants and worms come into the room 😨🥵The service is very far from sharia in respecting guests, especially since guests pay more for more expensive rent because of the holiday season and it is used for large family gatherings but it is disappointing. Many things were not conveyed during the contract that were not in accordance with what was paid and expected.It is better not to use the title sharia because it is not in accordance with the muamalah...

Thank God the place is great. Comfortable, spacious, clean and the service is really good. There is catering too. Real picture, same as the one on the internet. Thank God, when I came here the water was clean, not cloudy

Water heater and water for bathing is small, service is minimal and slow response, pay high season rates for Christmas holidays plus an additional 20 people but only 2 gallons of aqua gallon water are provided for 2 nights?The bathroom is not maintained, aka leaking, etc. The floor is coming apart, which is dangerous and hurts the feet, lots of caterpillars, centipedes and ants are coming into the room...

Pros; The house is ok, parking can be done for 3 cars, the view is not bad because of the position aboveCons/Minuses; Small shower water for istinja after defecating is also difficult and becomes a burden for bathing and performing ablution. Sharia villas should be supported by adequate facilities because cleanliness is part of the faith. We have complained about asking to replace the shower because it is leaking but the promise to replace it was not fulfilled until we checked out on the last day. The water heater facility at the time of the contract was also dead, there were no facilities other than internet and TV. The parakeet floor is loose and hurts and there is a danger of injury (it seems there have been guests complaining since January but it hasn't been repaired for a year).The condition of the house is full of ants in the rooms... many caterpillars have even been found entering the house... 😭🤮
