This villa seems to be rarely occupied or the guards don't maintain cleanliness. The spray from the start looked like it hadn't been replaced, lots of traces of hair and dust. Those of us who stayed here for a few days immediately caught a cold because of the dust, our feet were black. From the first day of arrival until the entire stay there was no celaning service!! Like the villas I visit a lot, there will be a cleaning service every day at this villa price rate. But here there isn't any, even when asked to change the bedsheets it wasn't done when we complained about dust, they were answered that they had all been replaced. Then because it was the second day, we asked to change the bedsheets and towels. It's true that only the sheets and towels were replaced, not the blankets!! and the villa is not swept, mopped, and not cleaned or thrown away rubbish. Even though our stay here was quite long. The swimming pool water smells of urine which is forced to be given chlorine continuously because the smell of the water is too sharp and smells of urine. The reviews given on IG and Google don't seem to match reality. After I searched carefully for the villa, previously I got bad reviews from other users too, you can check it on trip advisor. Most of the guards and cleaners are women, maybe this is because the people on guard don't pay attention to cleanliness. When we were staying here, the neighbors next door were also under construction, so I imagine it was really uncomfortable, we heard the sound of construction every day, even though we had complained and asked to move, it was still answered. But of course it's a hassle for us because we also have children and kids, it's a hassle to move around. In the morning there is often a big monkey in front of the house. Because the front has a forest view, from the side of the swimming pool white furry monkeys also often come. So honestly, the only plus is there is a swimming pool. Suitable for football fans who stay here, there are too many posters of faces.

Just stayed here yesterday with high school friends. Very good for the villa, the swimming pool is not too deep so it is safe for children. The cooking equipment is also complete, there are no mosquitoes and the place is cool. But if it's not cold enough, each room already has an AC. The villa is very comfortable, the staff are also alert if we need anything. The downside is that the door that leads to the pool is a bit difficult to open and close and the place is a bit far to get out to find food so I suggest just bringing your own food and snacks, but there are food vendors passing by. The rest is ok
