Nice villa, comfortable and clean. Complete facilities and available.1 water heater didn't turn on in one of the bathrooms.the atmosphere is really good. Very cool. Even coldThe location is okay, it does have to be a bit extra to get to the villa because it is located at the very end. Especially at night 😂And what I really love is the dog's voiceYes. Maybe some of it is disturbing, especially for people who don't like noise when sleeping

The condition of the villa is well maintained, nice and comfortable,The negative thing is that the neighbors have lots of dogs, and at dawn the water doesn't come out so you can't pray. Hopefully it can be fixed

The comfort of the villa makes you feel at home, but the water heater doesn't work, and the grass around it is starting to get long. The rest is okay, soon I will be able to return to Chavaminerva with the good fortune 🤲

The villa is nice, the rooms are clean, the kitchen and equipment are complete, there are games for children, but there is no swimming pool or other rides. Complete villa facilities. But the surroundings of the villa are very quiet and give the impression of horror.

Each room is equipped with furniture, including a bed with a soft mattress, clothes storage cupboard, dressing table set and mirror.Apart from that, Villa Chava Kayu also has a fairly spacious kitchen with complete cooking equipment, 4 bathrooms equipped with hot water and shower, 1 TV in the family room, and a clean and spacious swimming pool with an outdoor concept. For the swimming pool, it can be used for free with a maximum capacity of 5 people.You need to pay villa rental rates starting from IDR 800 thousand to IDR 1.4 million per night if you want to stay overnight at this accommodation. As a reference, previously, the rental fee for Villa Chava Kayu was around IDR 700 thousand to IDR 1.1 million per night. The villa is nice, but unfortunately when I stayed there yesterday it was noisy to the point where it wasn't comfortable to relax, especially at night, the villa was really noisy, in the villa next door there was more than 3 dogs in the villa.

Chaya Kayu Villa is perfect for a weekend getaway with family or friendsBefore going to this villa, don't forget to prepare interesting activities so that the atmosphere becomes more livelyThere are lots of sounds of dogs barking which is quite disturbing at nightBring food for a barbeque at night with the familyThe weather during the day is quite hot, but at night it feels cool around 18-22 degrees so bring warm clothes so you don't get coldElectric bicycles or electric scooters are also fun to play around the villaDon't forget to also enjoy the Sariater hot springs which are closed until 9 pm
