I don’t recommend this place at all. The villa is absolutely filthy. We found small rats inside, which was both alarming and disgusting. The bed sheets were stained and clearly not cleaned between guests. The toilets were broken, making the stay even more unbearable. To make matters worse, we discovered a pot with rotten meat left in the kitchen, and the kitchen equipment is ancient and barely usable. Even the prayer rugs were smelly, adding to the overall uncleanliness. The housekeeper pretends to clean, but it's evident from the deplorable state of the villa that she does not. The pictures on Google are completely misleading and do not show the reality of this place. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had, and I strongly warn anyone considering this place. It’s your choice, but you've been warned.In response to your comment below, please take a photo of the toilet downstairs and then take a photo of the upstairs toilet (the one in the corner, not the master room). Additionally, take new photos of the kitchen and furniture instead of using photos that are 6 years old or more. Please also include a photo of the bedsheets, ensuring it is a real photo without any editing.The villa was not cleaned every day and no one came to clean it while we were there, and we cleaned the rotten meat, which is why you couldn’t find it. I don’t recall anyone offering to change the bedsheets.I have raised a complaint, but I am not sure if it has reached you. While I respect that you have been in this business for a while, it is important to accept criticism to improve. I hope you have made the necessary changes to ensure customer satisfaction.

Spacious Villa with Luxurious Design and complete facilities for family and office eventsThe location is easy to find and accurate with GPSThe road goes up and down with good roadsOn each floor there are roomsThe 3rd floor room has lots of space and there is an extra mattress and the bed is all very comfortableCleanliness is very maintained and maintainedThe view outside is nice and the atmosphere is very coolPrice according to qualityThe owner is very kind, communication is very fast responseThank You

Nice stay. Facilities are complete. Fun for a staycation with family. Activities that can be done: billiards, swimming, BBQ, watching internet TV. Towels, shampoo, soap, kitchen utensils (including rice cooker) and cutlery are provided. Even dishwashing soap and sponges are provided. AC in each room and hot water in the bathroom function well. We (12 people in total) could comfortably sleep in 6 rooms.Criticism & Suggestions:- It would be nice if there was a karaoke set.- The barbecue tools are rusty. It is best to replace it for the sake of food hygiene- If you can turn on the fountain in the pool, it will be more exciting for the children.- It's best to provide more mats, especially on the back terrace so that water from playing in the pool or dirt from the back terrace doesn't enter the house.- 2 lights on the 1st floor (living room and billiard floor) flicker like they're about to go out. It's best to replace it.- The baby swing in the front yard was damaged. Maybe it's better to just keep it instead of endangering the children

The villa is big, there are lots of rooms, the beds are big, lots of facilities, there is a swimming pool, billiards, and a BBQ is also provided, and a place to rinse off after swimming, the best, the kids are really happy
