Accommodation is 700 baht, not very old but not clean. Before staying, I asked to see the room before choosing the room that seemed to be the most ok. The toilet had stains on it. Can you please tell the officer before the break to clean the bathroom? Did you tell me to go into the room where I made it? I want to say that when I looked at every room, it was ready to receive guests, but not one room was clean. There were ants and musty bedsheets. The bathroom sink was not clean. The room I chose was the cleanest, but the toilet still had stains. In conclusion, I didn't come to do it. You have to flush the toilet yourself. The TV has some channels. What's good is the cool air conditioner and strong water. Towels have a washing smell. Other than that, I wasn't impressed at all.

The mattress was hard, shampoo and shampoo, no one came to replenish it. The bedsheets look like they haven't been changed, the price is not expensive, there is a coffee shop as well. Should be better than this

Bedsheets, pillowcases, blankets, towels are not clean, old, have a smell, hard mattresses, saw many reviews. I think the owner saw the review. then will improve but not improved

Beautiful, new home with many styles to choose from. Both single occupancy, two-person occupancy, three-person occupancy, compared to the prices of other accommodations during New Year 2024, is not expensive at all. Normal prices are very similar to weekdays. Plenty of power outlets, amenities with very strong WiFi, strong water flow.Traveling from the resort to various tourist attractions is considered convenient. Beside the resort there is a cafe in the same chain. You can order at the resort. The prices for good-for-your-heart drinks are normal prices, not cafe prices. And the drink tastes very good and intense.

Clean rooms, good price, accommodation close to important places such as Wat Tha Sung, not far from the city and the walking street, plus there is a coffee shop next door that you can walk through.

New Cafe in Utaithani, good location and was clean and tidy. I forgot to take more photos of our orders. Their drink was not expensive and reasonable camparing with other places in Bangkok. View outside was nice but yes very hot outside 🤣 Many parking lots available.

The room is clean, has a water heater. There is a kitchen provided as well.Lovely staff, good careThere is wifi, and there is a food menu that you can order from nearby restaurants and deliver for free.There are a lot of power plugs.But if you sleep for 2 nights, they won't come to make a room for you.The door is a normal knob. But inside there is a lock for safety.Convenient travel, right on the main road. At night, the car noise isn't loud.

Good atmosphere, next to the main road, convenient parking, spacious room, very large bathroom, clean, not expensive, the only disadvantage. The pillows and blankets smelled very bad. You could smell the smell when you entered the room.
