First, we found out about Joda's house from pet friendly Instagram because our family is always looking for pet friendly ones. And wow, our family was very satisfied staying at Canda House. From rooms, toilets, kitchen, hangout area, pool table, table tennis. Really perfect. The event was a success. In fact, we intend to stay here every July. We came as 15 people with enough parking for 4 cars. Cool air. Oh, it's so hard to move on. I miss the joke house.

With the price I got, this villa is really worth it. The location is quite strategic, the service is optimal and the villa is really cozy + the facilities are complete (soap + shampoo are provided in each bathroom + water heater too, the towels provided are fragrant and clean, there is a billiard table and table tennis). Don't regret staying here, hopefully we can come here again next time :)

the place was really unexpected, because I thought it would be a basic villa, it turned out really cool!! The villa is clean, the service is really good, even the admin is very responsive to helping us. While here, I've never seen anything dirty or smelly. I've grilled here once and it's really satisfying, really suitable for hanging out with family and friends. Next time I'll come here again!!

Very happy to be able to staycation at Rumah Canda. The location is strategic, not too in the city center, but not in the interior of Bandung. Access to the location is still very good, there are no footpaths, all the roads are good and can pass cars.the price can be said to be really cheap, especially for weekends. When compared to villas or other accommodation in Bandung, Rumah Canda is really cheap.The house keeper and owner are always on standby, we created a group before staying, so if you need anything, just chat in the group and coordinate immediately.The house is really big, suitable for a large family or a group of friends to stay. The actual capacity is 8 people and 1 extra bed, but for 10-12 people it still fits very well. If you want to use an extra bed there is an additional charge of 100,000, but unfortunately the extra bed is only available for 1 person and only bed linen is provided. Blankets are not provided.There are 2 rooms plus 2 more beds on the mezzaine, all double beds. There are 4 bathrooms, so there's not too much of a queue.The facilities are complete: there is a very large garden for playing games, BBQ, complete kitchen including stove and cooking utensils such as frying pans, etc., magic jar, glasses, plates, bowls, trash bag, table tennis, billiards, smart TV, hot water, electricity large, iron, unlimited gallon water and there is 1 room with AC, complete amenities such as towels, shampoo and soap. but there are no toothbrushes and toothpaste. the parking can accommodate 3-4 cars.the downside is there is no swimming pool, it's not too cold because it's still close to Bandung city, it's located on the side of the main road so it's a bit noisy from vehicles. So far, that seems to be the only drawback.Overall, very satisfied staying at Rumah Canda. Will definitely recommend Rumah Canda to family or other relatives looking for accommodation in Bandung. and if there is a chance, I would like to stay here again. thank you so much.

really great experience staying in this villa. The price is really affordable even though you book 2 days and the admin/owner is very helpful and friendly!Then I suddenly missed the charger and the house assistant immediately arrived to meet us, fortunately it wasn't too far from the villa.the house is clean, the cooking utensils are clean and quite complete, there is no swimming pool, but there is a billiard but if I may suggest, just put the TV in the living room so you can watch together like that☺️its really a great place to relax with your beloved ones. thank you home of jokes👋🏻
