It seems like the owner or anyone who owns this guest house has to enforce that when it's 22.00 WIB they are not allowed to turn on super loud music, especially DJ music like that because the neighbors there can disturb their rest time, and the neighbors also feel like they were never asked for permission. there are lots of people at night and the crowds are even more noisy because the music is playing loud. Please remember that the location of this guest house is very close to a residential area. Just respect each other. Coincidentally, on August 31 2024 at 22.19, the guests of this guest house turned on DJ and dangdut music which was quite loud and could be heard in other houses which was quite disturbing for their rest time.

First: being greeted by an unfriendly guard, like being greeted by a grumpy teacher when you arrive late to school, the floor is dirty, the lounge sofa on the terrace has the smell of cat urine and is dirty. The swimming pool belongs to the next door neighbor, not this villa 😅😅, the water is small even though we don't have anyone to use it yet. I haven't finished cleaning my body when I shower. The water turns off. There is no hot water. Even if there are benefits. My mother injured her head when she was hit by an iron on the toilet seat. The water is coming out really badly. The downstairs room has a spooky or scary aura. Especially the side toilet too. Lots of cobwebs, huh? Oh my goodness... the vibes are really scary... No one wants to cook because the position is in the basement and the aura is scary. There were geckos at night 😂 until my sister screamed in fear haha. I won't be coming back again. Plus at night when we came home from dinner, we were misled by Waze and GPS until they turned around twice... really strange. Luckily, I immediately remembered to read the chair verse twice before I found the true path. At that time the position was already 11.30 at night. We couldn't sleep last night. And the housing is very quiet. The hosts are also less friendly and less responsive. There are no playing or karaoke facilities. So most of our activities are just chatting or holding cellphones🫣🫣. The only positive thing is the view.

Pretty clean, there is hot water, even though there is no AC there is a fan. Lots of mattresses. It's just that there is no toilet on the roof. The lifting room is large so it can get busy. The kitchen is complete with a stove so you can cook for your family. So far it's comfortable... only the location is at the intersection of roads and residential areas but the view is good at this price, it's worth it and it's extraordinary ☺️

The location can be reached from many directions but the road is narrow in the middle of other settlements. The toilet downstairs outside was first opened by a man's voice, musty like a warehouse that had never been occupied, there were no lights. The 3rd floor is where the bedroom has aesthetic glass but there is no toilet, so you have to go down to the basement floor. there is a room with a lock on the 3rd floor with a toilet tag or something... THERE IS NO SWIMMING POOL as pictured, it's the neighbor's swimming pool. There is no AC, no water heater. Worth it perhaps for the price. Service response is ok, responsive and relaxed. Not for bringing children and the elderly because it risks access to all areas. Lots of cargo and mattresses.

One of the toilets’ fan is not working. Hence, it makes the toilet smell awful. The toilet flush is also not strong enough and all the toilets are very slippery and need to be scrubbed during washing. As such, toilet slippers should be provided.The pots, pans, glasses and cups need to be changed. The pots are very rusty. And the glasses too are very dirty.Tissues should be provided in all rooms. Extra dustbin plastics should be provided.The stairs to the basement are very steep. Not suitable for children and old people. The stairs should be changed to woods as ceramics are very slippery.The hosts should provide fans for all rooms as it can be quite hot in the afternoon. Same goes with providing iron and ironing board.Since it is a villa, washing machine should be provided too as laundry service is quite far from the villa.
