The hotel manager was not clear. When checking in, the answer was that he didn't know if we ordered from the application. I booked December 23-25 with 3 rooms. Arrived at the hotel at 23.50 WIB. When I wanted to check in, the answer was that the rooms were full. I asked who the manager was. this hotel, the father answered that it was me. When asked who entered this hotel into the application, the answer is none of your business if you ask like that. Yes obviously I have to know because I can't stay here on December 23rd. and I have to look for another hotel .and until now Agoda has not returned my refund because they have to confirm with Oyo and the hotel first. Is this application actually helpful or not? Please fix it. If necessary, remove the OYO sign at the hotel
