Just came in and there are stains on the sheets and pillowcases. But they are quick to replace. Next, pay more attention to the bed. The staff are friendly. The food is not good..

Srikandi Room 3rd floorThe minus is that there is no elevator and no coffee, tea and sugar (sachets) are provided. Even though there is an electric kettle and mineral water.Hopefully next time it will be more advanced so that things like this will be given more attention.

FIRST STAY AT PAS RAYA EBARAN IN 2023 NICE โญ๏ธ5Returning from Samosir Stopped in Tebing Tinggi, in this city it is difficult to find comfortable accommodation. Luckily I found this hotel, the rooms were clean, the AC was cold, the breakfast was also delicious.*STAYING FOR THE SECOND TIME IN MONTH 1 2024 AROUND THE 20TH OF JANUARY*My second stay at this hotel, I was very disappointed. When we arrived, we ordered a deluxe room. The room was ordered there and then the room was cleaned, so we waited outside the room. After finishing cleaning, the room was still dirty, the back balcony was dirty, there was a puddle of water from the AC, the receptionist didn't seem to be the same as before when we stayed the first time, the receptionist at the second night was less friendly.When we had breakfast, breakfast wasn't good. A 3 year old child was even told to pay and the face of the staff who was guarding breakfast was very unfriendly, we kept looking at him like a slouch. Previously, my child was never asked to pay at any hotel we stayed at, the first time during Raya that he stayed at this hotel, the child was not asked to pay. It seems like all the hotel staff have changed except for one person guarding the parking lot.WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN. Service is getting worse.Thank You
