If you’re unlucky you will get a room where it is impossible to sleep and this is not because of the noise from the aircraft’s!People in this hotel don’t respect that other people want to sleep, doors are smashed the whole night, people are screaming/talking so loudly that you can hear them clearly in your own room and in some rooms (e.g. room 111) you have the feeling that you are sleeping directly in the hall of the airport!Worst experience ever!Only good thing about the hotel, they gave us another room at 3am in the morning because it was not possible to sleep in room 111.Only for emergency case I would stay in this hotel!

I like this hotel, it's very clean and good. I've stayed here several times. Great breakfast buffet in the morning. Big rooms with good WiFi and good AC. Once they made an error with my room so even upgraded me to a superior room for free. Staff are friendly too

For those who arrive late or need to depart early from KNO airport, this hotel is perfect for that purpose. It is a noisy facilty as sits in between upper departure level and lower arrival level. …

Good hotel for one night transit as it is inside the airport.Room service menu was ok, but breakfast was poor with lack of choices and food quality was just average.The big downside for me was i cannot sleep due to construction at above level during night to morning. The drilling and banging voices were so loud. I called twice, the sounds did stop stop for a while and starts again!The hotel should get the contruction work during the day, and let guest to have a good sleep at night as everyone transitting surely need a good night rest. Or at least allocate guests at least noisy rooms if the contructions should be done on night shift.This is my first stay, and i had a disappointed one.

We stayed here one night before catching a flight the next day. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The proximity to the airport is a big advantage. The room was clean and comfortable, but the lack of natural light bothered us a bit. Breakfast was ok. It was very good for one night.

My wife and I have experienced a service beyond the ordinary from employee Bara at hotel Anara at Kualanamu airport. My wife unfortunately passed out on the plane just before take off. After a hospital check-up, we went to the airport again to book new plane tickets. The next flight didn't leave until the next day, so we needed an overnight stay. We approached the airport hotel Anara, where Bara welcomed us. Unfortunately, all the rooms were taken, but Bara offered us that he would help us and write and call around to other hotels for us. It finally worked out and Bara had arranged and booked both hotel and transport from and to the airport for us. A big thank you to Bara for really good and friendly service beyond the usual

Outrageously bad and unfriendly! First they let us book at too high a price. Supposedly the last room. However, we were able to book much cheaper on Agoda and we later received a new room ourselves, so it turned out not to be the last. The first room was really bad. The ceiling was shaking causing the air conditioning to make a very annoying noise. We couldn't sleep a wink because of the noise. When we reported it, we were given a new room, but it was a downgrade and we did not receive a refund. The breakfast was also poor. We regret that we didn't just sleep in the airport and spend money on this.

A hotel with a comfortable and homey atmosphere. All the staff are very friendly, the food in the restaurant is very tasty and varied. The room was well cleaned, a refrigerator was provided in the room as well as slippers and clothes hangers. Thanks also to Chef Krishna and Mr. Ridwan at the restaurant who made the food and service very delicious. The 1 week stay made me consider this hotel as the best 3 star airport hotel I have visited with a calm and homey atmosphere.
