For the villa, it's good and the air is coolNice view and championKitchen: the dispenser for hot water doesn't work. The doormats are wet all over the bathroom, terrace and kitchen. But the villa management quickly resolved this by buying new doormats. Under the dish rack, it was dirty and mossy and rarely cleaned.Bathroom: spacious and cleanBedroom: clean but disappointed with the sheets which had stains and crusty spots, I don't know what they were. The blanket smelled really bad and had stains too, all the sheets and blankets had not been replaced. Complained to the villa management that all the sheets and blankets had been replaced. But I checked all the rooms, many of which looked like old food, dirty and smelly. Advice if you are in the villa business, you have to have lots of bed sheets and blankets in stock, what's more, the villa is busy and busy with visitors. So don't change it because it's the rainy season. The back rooms are too stuffy and stuffy. It smells like there's no air ventilation. It's said that the air in the villa is cool and it's because of the rainy season. What about during the dry season, even if it rains it's still stifling and hot. The main room is pretty decent, the WLPN isn't too cold according to me. Many of the rooms don't have wardrobes and clothes hangers. So it makes it difficult for visitors to put things and bags away and the room isn't messy because there's no wardrobe. Please fix it for room facilities. If there's no air conditioning, at least a fan should be in every room. Because the air in the villa is just cool, not too cold. .Hopefully, with my review of Villa Mutiara Cawene, we can improve Villa's shortcomings and be more advanced and successful🙏

The view is really cool but the road to the villa is very steep 😌 the place is really comfortable and the pool is clean
