The villa is clean, from the garage to the indoors. There are 4 bathrooms, all clean. The kitchen is complete with cooking utensils, cutlery too. Gallons are provided, gas too.The spacious yard has almost no rubbish whatsoever. The play area (billiards and ping pong are also clean) there are tables and long benches for kids to sit while looking at the yard/swimming pool.And the most important thing. The swimming pool is clear and clean. It's really good.Next, I want to stay again. Thanks to Mrs. Evi as the owner. And the driver who looks after the villa is very friendly.Hopefully it will be better and more successful in the future for Villa Pondok Alfaska.

Booked 23 to 24 December 2023. And highly recommend this comfortable place.The grass field is large, very sufficient for family activities.The swimming pool is large enough for children and adults to play in the water.The bedroom is clean, pillows and blankets are also available.Bathrooms are plentiful and clean.Suitable for those who bring a large family ❤️❤️❤️

Very happy to have found this villa, spacious car park, spacious yard, clean bedroom and bathroom and quite a lot of beds. Quite complete kitchen equipment, swimming pool, table tennis and billiards which also makes it even more fun and warm. Thank you to Mrs. Evi who is kind, and Mr. Kodir who is very helpful, next time I will definitely go there again🫶🏻

The villa is located in the Caringin Pancawati area. Access to the location is narrow and uphill, from the main road you enter the settlement again.There is nothing special about the view of this villa, it's just that the rooms are spacious, suitable for large family events... There are 4 rooms, prayer room, billiard, table tennis and swimming pool... enough car parking for 5-6 cars

The yard is spacious, the room is just so spacious and it's comfortable for a large family to sleep together, it's not cramped, there are 4 rooms too.The swimming pool is also quite big, suitable for children and adults, now there is parking for 6 cars.But small/large buses cannot enter because the road to the villa is small.There is billiards, table tennis, karaoke, the sound is also great.Overall, it was a fun and enjoyable holiday at Alfaska 14 cottage. In the morning, I walked around to see the views of Mount Salak and Mount Gede Pangrango. The afternoon air has started to cool until evening and morning. It's a hot afternoon.

I'm always comfortable, I've been there 3 times, the concept is more for large family events of around 30 people, it could be more than that but it's too crowded for free. There are 4 rooms, extra bed ready, clean, complete cooking equipment. The swimming pool is well maintained, clean... The spacious yard can be used for outdoor events, barbeques, billiards, ping pong, free WiFi. So, don't be bored there, you can do activities with your friends... Parking can take 8-10 minutes... Hmmm... It's always impressive when you go there. Not luxurious, but clean, comfortable and homey.... 😍
