BEWARE AND CAREFUL!!!15 September 2024, my wife and I stopped by Tirta Arsanta for a soak (PRIVATE POOL) just to find relaxation and healing from tired thoughts and routines in Jakarta.As I wrote in the caption, just reminding guests and especially female guests to be more careful and more alert to their surroundings, especially to the behavior of the staff. It could be said that the attitude given to us as customers was very IMPROLENT AND RUDE.First :- I ordered food via the hotline, 15-20 minutes later my food arrived, and was delivered to my bathing pool. But I said the way he delivered him was not polite, he knocked on the door once and said excuse me, but the staff just came in and immediately opened the door before I said come in. Normally you should wait for a response from the customer first, then let the staff in. As long as you haven't been allowed to enter, don't play, just go straight in. Because, from the title alone we know this is a PRIVATE POOL. Is it clear here??Second :- There was a staff who repeated the game and just entered my PRIVATE POOL and delivered mineral water which I didn't order at all. The staff just walked in without asking permission. Here I was starting to get annoyed, but I held it in and told my wife that maybe the mineral water was included with the food we ordered.Third :- The same staff returned to our PRIVATE POOL and this time did not go through the door again but entered via the stairs which can be accessed straight away because there is no door there. And the most rude thing was that the staff told me to move to the next pool because there were guests in the pool I was staying in who wanted to rent it.The question is why don't people who have just arrived be directed to the next pool? Why should we be the ones told to move? WEIRD… very very rude.We pay costs without debt or special prices. Not at all. We pay in full and do not overtime. What is the difference between me and the new customers who come in??Conclusion:- I don't accept the attitude of the staff- The staff seems to have a sexual disorder (PERSUM)- I will not go back and recommend that place- and I ask for an apology directly from the ownerThank You

Actually the hot spring pool is nice, but access to the location is difficult because the road is narrow for 2 cars.Plus:- Friendly employees- When WiFi doesn't connect, bring a modem- There is a river for children to play in and a hut on the edge of the river to relax- Helped with escorts when entering and leaving the alley (even though when checking in, the admin had no response so we entered the alley ourselves)Minuses:- Access to the location is narrow for 2 cars, so the traffic jam is quite long and there is a risk of the car being scratched- The last 300 meters, the route can only be passed by 1 car- Quite a lot of reluctant (which is necessary because the road is narrow) so it costs quite a bit of money 🤣- Rate 1.8 million per night but still have to pay 30 thousand for parking- The staff were not responsive, there were quite a lot of rooms down the stairs but they didn't immediately offer to carry the bags- No discomfort even though if you leave the private pool your feet will definitely be wet- The taste of the food is standard but the price is quite expensive- The river is a bit dirty
