Beautiful and comfortable rooms, nice surroundings and friendly service. However it was a bit out of town and we had to leave early because the roofing had issues which made it very loud when it was raining and we were unable to sleep. Having said that the staff and management were helpful and didn’t charge us for the all the nights we’d booked.

The rooms are very nice with the comfiest beds and pillows (I did request a double bed for my husband and I but we were given two singles - we were tired after a long scooter ride from Chiang Mai so didn't request another bed - but be sure to ask to change if you want a double bed!). Be warned, if you're on a scooter - the entry to this place is pretty dangerous, especially in the rainy weather we experienced our whole stay - it's a dirt road full of pot holes - pretty hard to stay on the scooter and we had a few near misses. The location is ok - you can't really walk to the town centre and we relied on the scooter every day to get in and out. The charm of the place is the proximity to the river and the outdoor bbq seating areas - which you can't use in the rainy weather, and you can't walk to it as it was flooded/muddy. We asked about complimentary tea & coffee at reception and were told it's in our room in a cupboard between the beds (which just looks like a big bedside table) - it would have been useful to be told this when we checked in! The staff is very helpful & I messaged through Agoda app to get new towels & refill of tea, coffee & water. In our opinion, there are many better places to stay close to town (for example, Pai Riverside), which we found after wandering around - they are also about half the price of what you pay at Re Connect Pai. Also if you want breakfast at Re Connect - they want an extra 400baht per night, we weren't even spending that much on eating out for lunch & dinner with drinks at Pai Town. If you want to stay here, book one night and see for yourself and explore Pai to decide where you really want to be.

Beautiful, peaceful space, clean hotel. The staff are very nice, give good advice, care about customers, delicious food and drinks and attentive service, make you want to tell your friends come stay and we will come back. Entrance during rainy season Take gravel and put it down in several spots. Sedans are also more accessible, more comfortable, and overall very good.

Mountains and rivers are exhausted, there is no way out, there is another village with dark willows and bright flowers. The breakfast is super rich. The double eggs are delicious. The cappuccino is really delicious. The accommodation is cheap and the CP value is very high.

Is this the ultimate price at this price? I haven't been able to compare it to other places... so this is a subjective evaluation.Everything is good, but the location is a bit... Renting a bike is a must.

Quite hotel with nice bed, room and shower.I will give it 5 stars if it wasn’t cause they false advertise the coffee , water, tea facilites…We went to the cafe in the morning and wanted to drink some plain water nothing else and the lady at the reception told me it was only for customer who use the restaurant. Which is not true as they advertise something different. To be honest for the price of the room you can’t deny a glass of water to someone staying 4 nights!I found that to be bad and that is a shame cause they have bad reviews for things I found work well myself.

Nice. The water pressure in the shower was very weak. The room was very loud when it was raining outside. The location is not central at all but in a good way. 5 minutes from town on a motorcycle.Good AC and service.Would come back, though it's possible finding better places around this price.

Stayed the first night, the front staff were lovely, gave good recommendations, cared about customers, delicious food and drinks, and had soul in service, making you want to tell your friends to come stay and we will come again. Entrance during the rainy season Take gravel and put it down at some points. Sedan cars are also accessible, more comfortable, overall very good.

Full marks for hotel staff service! The room was great too! 🌟On the second day of my stay, I accidentally got into a car accident while riding a bicycle, and the room key card was broken in half due to the impact. I am very grateful that the hotel staff did not hold me accountable. They also very warmly provided me with medical supplies, packed food for me to eat in my room, and called a car for me.It was really touching to receive so much kindness and care in an unfamiliar place. The room was great and spacious. It feels so empty when I stay in the toilet alone, hahaha. There is a campfire area outside the room and you can see the river, which is very relaxing (it would be better if your body does not hurt🥶)Thank you very much to the service staff (girls) who helped me that day. You are really an angel. I will never forget you!Thank you so much for meeting you on this journey~Thank you for your careful help💕

No way. I’ve had it. The granola is infested with bugs. There were bugs in the granola.I noticed it the first time I ate it, so I ended up eating it along with the insects. It's really impossible. And it's not cheap either. I don't want to give even one star.
