The villa is really recommended, the facilities are complete, the villa is comfortable, the villa keeper is the best, super fast, so diligent that the car is washed, and the bananas from the garden have just been brought, and in the afternoon the coconuts are picked.Masha Allah, it's basically top markotop..Thank you Mr Jai, the owner of the villa is also fast responding and friendly, hopefully we can come back here again.Thx U....

Very nice villa..The service is very good.Complete kitchen equipment.There is a water heater.And in some rooms there is a TV.Thank you Mrs. Gita for the green coconut, fresh...Mr Jai was also very alert & very helpful.Enjoy your holiday here.Looks like it's coming back again.

So I want to share my experience of staying 2 nights at this villa.Initially we booked the villa using the book*ng.con app on 14-15 and before that we also chatted with Ms Lagita. But it turns out there was a double booking from the Airbnb app on the same date. Finally we gave in and were moved to 19-21 (2 nights) even though we only paid for 1 night. The owner is very kind. Thank you, ma'am. The villa guard was also very helpful. Thank you, sir.Overall the villa is very comfortable. Clean, well maintained and all the facilities can be used well. The AC is cold, the microwave can be used, the kitchen equipment is complete, the water heater is always on, the TV is on but there's no karaoke (Netflix is on), the bathroom is clean, each bathroom is provided with soap and shampoo (bring your own toothbrush, OK).Getting to the beach is also very close. And I want to let you know, if access to the beach is free to enter via the "Carita condominium" next to Pandan Beach, there is also a lot of parking there, don't park across from it, you will even be subject to extortion. So, when you have entered the beach, you can access the other side, Pandan Beach. If you want to go to the swimming pool, pay 25k/person but children under 3 years old are free.Yes, I'm addicted to going on holiday to Carita and definitely if I have the opportunity again I will repeat booking at this villa. Highly recommended.
