The location is very far from Bekasi, 6 hours and the roads are winding and have lots of inclines, make sure the car is in top condition. The beach is clean, the accommodation is comfortable, the staff is friendly and very helpful, the only minus is that the food is not tasty and pricey. Many of the alacarte menus are also empty and you can't bring food so it's difficult for children to have a snack or a snack.What's really unfortunate is that the infinity pool which is like a jacuzzi is really dirty, lots of moss. If you let it out it should be really cool for taking photos soaking in the sunset. The beach has more coral than sand, so you have to wear footwear because your feet really hurt if you step on coral fragments and be extra careful when bringing small children.

The walls in the toilet visible from the outside are very uncomfortable, the water smells bad. For standard food. The swimming pool is nice and clean. The bed when checking in was dirty. There is no free wifi but the view here is very good.

This is one of my dream spots for honeymoon. Perfect island with great environtment care. Also packed with friendly yet helpful staffs and some good leisure facilities.

The best resort near Tanjung Lesung. Very romantic resort. The place is private. The resort is cool both exterior and interior. I like the design of the villa and the bed on the 2nd floor. The villa directly faces the sea. The seafood menu is delicious. To cross to Umang Island, we were picked up by a boat from the Umang Island Resort.If you take public transportation, you can take Damri from the Serang terminal directly to Umang Shielter Island, the fare is the cheapest. Apart from taking Damri, you can also take L500 public transportation from the Serang terminal to Cibaliung. From Cibaliung, take another public transportation to the village of Wells, just say Umang Island. During the trip you will pass Tanjung Lesung beach and Ujung Kulon tourist park. Because the journey is quite far, approximately 4-5 hours, prepare your vehicle properly, including fuel, make sure it is fully filled before leaving. Also prepare your camera.

Umang Island... a beautiful island with clear sea water, and natural coral reefs.. the beach is covered with white sand.. the waves are relatively small, suitable for children to play. An experience that cannot be measured by money. This island is equipped with a comfortable resort, each cottage is equipped with a living room complete with sofa, TV channel, refrigerator, coffee & tea maker, AC, small safe. The bedroom is on the upper balcony with a bed covered with a mosquito net and air conditioning specifically for the bedroom. KM/toilet with outdoor feel complete with heater. To reach this island you can travel 5 hours from Jakarta, and 9 km before reaching the pier there is still a macadam road. From the pier we have to cross using a boat belonging to Pulau Umang Resort. This crossing is included in the price of the stay. Cars can be parked in the overnight parking area belonging to P.Umang Resort. And don't be afraid, because there is security guarding it 24 hours. The price for staying is 750 k per person per night. For children aged 4 to 7 years, the fee is 30% of the adult price. During our stay we got 3x meals. Check in at 14.00 and check out at 12.00.

(en) September 2018. Nice! Officially open to the public around 2010, some facilities are getting broken. Still under development plan. Becareful of giant lizards "Biawak".(id) Updated information as of September 2018, the roads around the Tanjung Lesung & Sumur area are still bad. Some parts are under repair. If you want to bring a car, it is recommended that it be able to handle rather rough terrain. Be careful when choosing an alternative route. The accommodation, service from the guide & the food are not bad.

Clean white sea water...spacious and comfortable with sofas on the beach...the food is appetizing with delicious grilled seafood sauce...the rooms are spacious and comfortable...the air is fresh, the views are really amazing....I've been here for almost a week it tastes so fresh......

Private island...comfortable resort, good service...during dinner the owner approached me (only found out after asking the waiter) while chatting...food for toddlers was deliberately prepared...👍 items left behind belonged to visitors (such as children's toys etc..) many are displayed in glass cabinets along with names and dates of visit...😆 it's just that many of the roads there are damaged.

A private island which Nice to escape from stress., Beautiful landscape view.Photo shoot (pre wedding or just for private collection) was turn to be beautiful photos with their sea and beach background.You can enjoy Sunset and sunrise both in this island.It's a small island, so you can explore this island by walking.A nice romantic cottage,.. good foods with good taste, their "sambal" was awsome.. spicy food lover will love it 😁.Speed boot always stand by if we asked,Room service boy and waiters were so nice.Facilities: bar, karaoke, sea view swimming pool, swings, bilyard pool, snorkling kit, fishing kit.And their price not too high as other private island.. it's worth it value!But.. they should improve their car park area at the main land (not the umang island).. the toilets especially.And pay more attention to some of their cottage (especially at the back near mangrove site).I will come again.. 🙂
