I was very disappointed because I had ordered via the online application and had already paid, when I arrived at the location the employee responded that the room was full, only 1 room was left, which was outside the facilities I ordered (outdoor bathroom), when I asked how come it was full even though If you order online, you can pay automatically, the room is still available and has been booked. But the employee answered sarcastically and impolitely and blamed us for ordering online at curfew, "the room is full, only that room is left, if you want it, go ahead and if you don't want to, that's fine," said the female employee in an unfriendly tone. When I asked for a refund, I was answered "it cannot be refunded, and the check in is considered forfeited".I am really very disappointed and I suggest that the service be changed

Just sharing my experience of staying at OYO 91429 Butterfly boarding house room 112. Hopefully there will be improvements in service.1. Clean rooms2. In my opinion, the AC is sufficient even though it is not optimally cold.3. The bathroom shower faucet doesn't work.4. Water drainage is not smooth (2nd floor)5. Electricity often goes out, in just 1 hour it goes out several times (whether due to tripping or other reasons)6. The parking area is not large enough if guests of each room use a car.7. Location is easy to find.Thank You.
