Room cleanliness is poor, smells of cigarette smoke, even though there is a warning about no smoking posted, many people smoke freely without warning. For non-smokers, not recommended.

Got this hotel because all hotel in Kendari fully booked. The committe did not prepare my hotel and tried to booked hotel when I arrived at Kendari. He thought booking hotel in Kendari was easy. It took me looong way to get hotel. We ended up at this hotel.The room only has one light on. The shower was broken. The breakfast si so so. I got the room located at the 2nd floor with no elevator. Oh my! The worst hotel I got so far

1. The information was that there was a water heater, apparently it had been broken for a long time, so we complained first2. I asked for the room to be made up, returned to the hotel at night the room still hadn't been made up, the towels weren't replaced,3. Wifi no internet4. The TV doesn't have broadcasts5. A la carte breakfast, regular yellow rice menu...,6. Spacious room & mattress savior
