Great boutique resort with lovely and well maintained wooden bungalows with an amazing view! The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable and nicely build.The breakfast, lunch and dinner are very tasteful and the service from Marcel is very personal and good.The diving is done with a local partner, friendly people, but their English is very limited and their equipment should get some upgrade and maintenance.

Our stay at Marind Dive Eco Resort was a wonderful experience, and a great place to stay whilst diving at Wakatobi. The owner, Marcel, was beyond exemplary in his willingness to ensure that our every need was met, both for the stay, and for our daily dives. Our stay here will be a wonderful lasting memory on our great Indonesian adventure.

We stayed 5 nights and very happy that we did. We are snorkellers, not divers. Marcel arranged to get us on a boat every day, either the dive boat or smaller boat if no other divers. He can also organise dive trips for guests at other homestays. The coral, fish, and visibility were truly excellent, amongst the best I've seen.The small resort itself is lovely - rooms very comfortable, and beautifully designed and built. Great bathroom! Meals were excellent, lots of fruit, and local and western dishes c/- Mama Cantika.It's a bit difficult to get to, but Marcel offered good assistance for planning transfers etc.
