In 2 years, every 2 weeks, swimming there. But, since August decided not again. Because the parking fare is too much expensive. 1 hour 5 thousand, every hour added 4 thousand IDR. In more than 2 hours paid 12 thousand!

At that time I had booked on the date that had been determined just as the time was approaching, there was confirmation that the room was full, then I was told to wait a week, I was told, well, after a week, there was confirmation that there were vacancies on the next date, but only an hour later they were available. confirm again that the room was given to someone else, this is really inconsistent with this hotel, the room was already booked, but instead it was given to someone else, this is really a bad hotel

Stayed here only for one night. Because it's really full. The villa suite room type is really suitable for small families. Inside there is a small pool of warm water too, so you can soak in the evening.Ordered for a wedding anniversary, the decoration was quite nice and the cake was delicious. But the price is quite expensive hehee...What I will always remember is that when my son was doing his qadarullah, there was an incident in the swimming pool. His toenail was hit by a splinter from the swimming pool slide (because he was on his stomach on the slide) and the hotel was very quick to help him take him straight to the nearest clinic. Thank you to all the light team at Villa Hotel Garut 🤗

The best villa hotel.. comfortable, everything is clean, everyone likes friendly staff, delicious breakfast, especially with a view of Mount GunturI wanted to extend because it was so comfortable but it was already fully booked even though it felt like it was therewhen will you go back there?Thank you, keep it up all

The bathtub is really big, the swimming pool is also wide, but there are several spots in the pool that smell a bit musty, the view is nice

Just went there last Sunday, the receptionist had a very friendly welcome, the friendly security guard took the children by go-car, the mother followed behind in the car, when we got there we found a suite room with a really good view, the room was also clean, tidy, next I'll come here again, all the employees are friendly, the breakfast is ok.

We stayed 4 nights in this hotel with breakfast included. We did not stay on the villa only on the basic room. These are the positives and negatives. Positives:- Really great view all around- Really good breakfast in terms of selection and taste and view- There is a decent gym- Nice warm pool- AC works perfectly (cold)- Nice balcony with nice viewNegatives:- Check in took a long time (to be fair we arrived before the check in time at 13:50 but we still had to wait till 14:30 and asked 3 times to reception before we were let in)- The room feels and looks old (old TV with antenna)- TV antenna stopped working at some point probably due to weather but worked again afterwards- No soundproof. We had some noisy neighbours arrived on our second night and we could hear them outside very clearly- No laundry and no external laundry service nearby- I do not like the system of using vouchers to be able to get our breakfast (we always had to ask for the vouchers the day before)- There were some renovation going on so during the afternoon it was very noisy with construction workers- During breakfast the omelette was never ready, you actually need to ask first before they cook it for you which I find odd. Usually some omelette are ready to be taken.- Found a dead cockroach in the restaurant (on the floor)All in all, I think it was a good experience and did not regret my stay specially because the view is great from the restaurant.

Even though quite far from the centre but still manageable to get online transportation and close to natural tourist attractions. Suitable for a couple who wants to detach from the busy world.The pool was great with warm water. The Gym is also nice! It's good to have a gym at the hotel. On Wednesday the gym was closed to the public, but guests can use the gym, you can ask the “Aa or Teteh” at the canteen to open the gym for you.The scenery was really GOOD! Breakfast is also nice, I think Cahaya is the great 3-star hotel in Garut.The Check-in process really turns me off. It took 1 hour to check-in. The staff said they would WhatsApp or call me but he didn't until my husband checked once again and we finally checked in. Ah, and there wasn't any welcome drink. The staff also didn't say when was the time for breakfast, checkout etc (like standard information for guests based on SOP). I thought breakfast started at 6 Am but the staff wasn’t ready. Especially the egg/omelette station. They said it started at 6:30 AM but they were still not on time and the lady who made the omelette often missing.When we stayed there was a construction process at the hotel and it was noisy during the day. So for people who stay for a staycation and want to take a nap, it is so annoying.Overall good experience but the quality of the service could be improved
