Do not hesitate to ask for clean sheets, they are not systematically changed. Close to the markets, a little further away from the multitude of tourists, unfortunately the backpackers opposite can be noisy 400B is not cheap, we didn't go to see what the others were offering. If you have a motor vehicle, go and see magnificent views at sunrise and sunset at the exit of Pai

About 10 minutes walk from Pai bus station. It's not a big garden but you can sit outside your room and look at trees and flowers. Reception was friendly and quick. There is free coffee but I didn't see any mugs. The room was clean and spacious. Wifi worked well. The room was slightly warn in places but I paid only 500 Baht in high season. The floor was tiled which was nice. The bed was comfy. A fan room is sufficient most of the year as it gets cool at night in the high season. I was glad of a thin duvet here and at Rainbow house. There are 2 7-11s within 2 minutes walk of PGG.

Very nice place: beautiful, clean, quiet, comfortable and budget prices... Very friendly owner... And games to have fun (pool, ping-pong table...) as well as tea and coffee available (and wifi). Close to the night market (but not "too" close so no disturbances!)... We really enjoyed out stay there and we recommend the place.
