The review rating is according to the hotel stars. The food is so so, the rooms are just B. The bathroom is like that, the water heater sometimes works, sometimes doesn't. The plugs are limited, there are no plugs next to the mattress. The only advantage is its location in the city center.

The friendliness of the service is quite good. The food served is delicious but unfortunately it is very slow to fill the empty food, the cleanliness of the room is adequate. Hopefully we can improve service in terms of mineral water by providing mineral water refills in every hotel hallway

The location and atmosphere are ok, but unfortunately you can't differentiate smoking areas from no-smoking areas. When smoking and no-smoking rooms are in the same location, only separate warning labels are provided. You need to go back to school to understand what a no-smoking area means.
