I really regret staying at this place! Very disappointed! I stayed 2 nights. When I checked out, the officer said that there was a stain on the pillowcase. Coincidentally it was on the pillow in the room I was staying in. And the stain was there on the first day I stayed. The officer did not provide direct information that day. The reason was that he was having lunch and his manager replaced him, so the manager didn't know about this. The only evidence provided is a photo. NOT the pillowcase that was brought as evidence. Even though that happened the previous day. I feel that NO eating, drinking, playing, writing, or even dressing up in bed can cause stains. I felt slandered by the officers. When I asked for proof of the pillowcase, the staff at the reception and the cleaning staff couldn't give any answer, they were just silent and bowed! I really know the exact condition of the room before I left. So I don't feel like I left the slightest stain in the room. Because I've read the RULES you made, that there are no stains allowed! I'm heartbroken, I'm sleeping at your place. Everything is fully paid if it breaks! Please ask the owner or manager of this place to review the rules you have made. Please clarify, what kind of NODA do you mean! And please, if there is a room that leaves stains on the mattress, don't just provide photo evidence! Include it with the cover or sheet too to be valid proof! Let us both see what the stain really is. You told me to pay 300 thousand as you asked at the beginning, (which in the end you just said 150 thousand because the stain would disappear), I'm ready. That's if I'm wrong. But I wouldn't be willing to spend a penny if I didn't make a mistake. That's what you have slandered me. I will no longer want to bring my family to stay at this place. Just once and there won't be another visit. I'm very disappointed.I will still save the photo of the stain you accused me of. To this day I still wonder what the stain is?? If you want to ask for a tip, don't do that, shayyyyyy... if you ask nicely and without slander, I will definitely give you more than 150 thousand.
