We stayed here for a few nights. Good location just off the main areas in Pai. There is no reception so you need to shout for the landlady to come out of her room. Lots of little creepy crawlies getting into our room every night. Little millipedes everywhere.Other than that it was comfy and a good size room.

300thb room that costs 650thb. No kettle, bed is the most uncomfortable I've ever slept on in Thailand and that's saying a lot. Bring a can of bug spray, you'll need it. Staff doesn't speak English. Address is based on Tambon so it doesn't work with Google maps but if you search for PTT Pai that will get you there because it's directly across the street from PTT.

The room is not clean. There were stains on the floor and there were small millipedes all over the bathroom. Plus there were about 20 cockroaches in the room and 2 more.

Simple and quiet room. Has all the basic necessities, but in no way a fancy hotel. Room could be cleaned a bit better, but in this price it is OK. 5 mins walk to night market and all the restaurants. Right next to a gas station so recommended for motobike renters.

The biggest advantage is that you can use a large room at a reasonable price. Also, the wifi signal is very strong. However, there are many problems. The first is that there is almost no soundproofing. I heard everything from the shower and sex sounds from the next room. Secondly, there are a lot of bugs. It's good to have a screen, but the bathroom drain is open, so things like large cockroaches are often found when the bathroom door is opened. And small insects resembling ants often crawl on the desk. The third is an atmosphere of fear. I stayed on the second floor, and couldn't sleep because of the sound of shoes, the wind pounding on the window, and the creepy noises I heard every time I opened the bathroom door. I would wake up because I heard the sound of the door opening in the next room without any filtering, which made it sound like I was opening my own door. I want to stop you even more if you stay alone. Lastly, there is no outlet next to the bed. There is a 110 volt outlet, but I only had 220 volts, which was inconvenient. Even if you use a power strip, it can be inconvenient because the 220-volt outlet is a bit far away from the bed.The biggest advantage is that you can use a large room at a reasonable price. Good rooms for the price, short walk just round the corner from walking street, but shower heater is a bit of an antique 😀
