Now in 2019 starts a new program and if you plan it before you can get your own reef guide to explain all about the sea shore, lagoon and reef life. You can also dive and participate in a great restocking corals operation. You can discover the lagoon for yourself by Snorkeling or dive with Rully on the most popular sites of the archipelago located a few ten minutes from the Homestay. If you prepare it in advance, you will be able to discover everything about the reef thanks to English- or French-speaking guides. Staying at Marko Home stay is not a hotel or gastronomic experience but a truly unique stay to find yourself facing the reef. Without a doubt, this is the best place I stayed in Raja Ampat.This was my 3rd. Time this year I visit this area since it’s a real paradise no matter where you stay but the difference in quality and prices are very big.I stayed in 10 different places from the most expensive ones to the cheapest listening at the rats walking on the room and nothing get closer to the quality of this people that runs this place. Food it’s great, they cook what you want if you let them know a bit in advance what you want.They take you in the boat anywhere you want.Super accomodating. The Homestay it’s in between two local villages, aprox. 30 min. Walk.Very remote, silence and peaceful. I was there the only guest most of the 2 weeks I stay there.If your budget is big go to Papua Explorers, otherwise this is the best quality price option around here.This place it’s a real paradise. You won’t wanna to leave.Rully, the owner and all the staff are always happy and ready to pumper you.
