The hotel service and facilities are not very good, why can't I say it's not good? Because the receptionist doesn't behave well towards the guests, like at breakfast they know we're opening a 2-bed room, of course they know how many people we have, but they only give breakfast and drinks for 1, breakfast is also just cake, how come it's so stingy.especially those of me who have stayed at that hotel, and the facilities are really not very good, the TV doesn't work, the side of the bed is dirty and smells bad, the bathroom door can't be locked, the closet is rocking, the bathroom is dirty... Basically it's dirty. that hotel.One more suggestion I have for hotel owners, if you want to give an increase in room prices, please renovate the hotel... Don't be like that, then see if the hotel employees are working or not, don't end up just eating a blind salary. There are a lot of employees but the hotel rooms are still dirty and smell really bad, don't just keep the outside clean. What you should pay more attention to is the room because it's a place for guests to rest, and tell the employees if you can be a bit friendly and polite with the guests, don't ask the guest if you're nice, instead you'll be answered rudely.OK, that's all and thanks
