Comfortable place, friendly staff and excellent service... the only drawback is the long sofa, which is a bit scratchy (dirty). Next time it can be replaced with a clean long sofa...

Hotel in very poor condition and service far from being up to the price. Unfortunately the photos on Traveloka and Google Maps no longer match.When we arrived at the scene we even told the driver that he had the wrong address. Unfortunately for us this was not the case. The hotel seems abandoned (broken windows, upside down dining room, non-existent reception, etc.).The "manager" didn't even know that we had booked (even though it was online), whether we had paid or not and no room was ready for us when we arrived (we had to wait until it was cool). the room while we waited in the hallway)The first room he wanted to give us was cramped and the only small window tinted with opaque black paint (at 32€ per night… pitiful). We asked for a room with more light, which we got.Again, unprepared, dirty, no running water in the bathroom (impossible to shower... or flush the toilet...), we had to brush our teeth with bottled water purchased at alfamart.In short, a more than average experience for a €32 service.We were there in low season, which can help me understand certain points. However, it is certainly preferable to close to avoid this type of situation and disappoint customers.Ps: The hotel management seems to have changed when we compare old photos and our experience.
