A very good hotel altogether, not far from the ferry and close to everything in Waisai. Great bungalows with anything you need, very comfortable. The host is a very welcoming and kind person. I will definitely stay there again next time I'm in Waisai.

We had the best time of our life here!! The cottage was very good and fairly close to the Waisai Harbor and to a bird spotting point where Red Birds of Paradise and Wilson’s Birds of Paradise can be spotted. The town is very close, has a nice pasar (market) and nice local places to eat. Ask the owner Tono for diving possibilities, if you are interested. We were, and we had a great time with our forever dear friend Ayau who took us to several great diving sites and to the Piaynemo site on the Island of Great Fam, which was astonishing. The local people in Waisai are lovely and it is not a tourist infested place. It took us almost a day to get from Labuan Bajo to Bali to Makassar to Sorong to Waisai, but it was worth it 😍. We will go back to this Paradise on earth as soon as we can because the place and the people have stolen our hearts. Small note: it helps if you speak a little Bahasa, because they don’t speak a lot of English, and if you offer respect to the people, you get so much back from them.
