Hotel is located in a quiet street, no traffic noise. Complete room, nice hot shower. They have scooters for rent. Sweet, helpful hosts, who even took the trouble to prepare a take-away breakfast when I left, very early in the morning. Recommended!

Best Service EVER!!!The owners of Wisma Grace are so helpful. After a three day journey to find dive weights, they could get me some and save my trip. They helped me search for hours, who does this?+ I have a sick back, the bed was perfect+ Airport pick-up worked perfect+ they do the best tours for the best prices+ no smell from the air condition or the shower+ very clean, no mold+ laundry service+ they speak perfect English+ biggest market in Ambon, just around the corner+ very secure, for various reasons+ they know things not every owner knows+ perfect breakfast, rest on demand+ ferry ticket service/"every" service you want+ quiet rooms, away from the streets+ this place is central to EVERYTHING (banks, park, bazar, plaza, pizza hut, all in 3 to 5 minutes in different directions)I've been to Ambon 8 times for diving and stayed in 9 Hotels. I would never go anywhere else again, simply cause I can have a tour with one owner, while the other owner is getting MY business done :)I don't think anyone else would do that, this is priceless. Especially since most Ambon travelers are just passing through, there service will save you a complete day. Good luck finding the different ferry offices and updates on time changes and cancelations. Just let them do it for you. They got me on a plane to Banda Neira, after all ships where canceled.Highly recommend!

We chose this accommodation based on reviews and location, and we did just fine. While we were at R.Ampat, we contacted Gabby via WhatsApp, who secured tickets for Pelni na Bandaneira in advance. Her husband Sonny drove us to the port at night and helped us through security to our cabin. We didn't have to wait anywhere and went to the ship until it was in port. We really appreciate it. Otherwise, the accommodation is in a quiet street and the rooms are spacious and clean. The mattresses are of good quality and we slept well. Just around the corner across the market is an excellent varung for Bakso. After returning from Bandaneira and Ora beach to Seram, we stayed again at Wisma Grace before returning to Jakarta and were extremely satisfied.
