Could hv given 5 Stars but the half hour wait upon check in wasnt the Hit...still space to improve in Service or stock up the Reception with more Staff and not only one Person doing all the work.

Information from the hotel regarding availability is very bad, consumers feel disadvantaged, if they have made a payment they cannot be refunded because of the management, payment is via Traveloka, Qris and transfer and can be returned if the payment is in cash even though it is not the consumer's fault but the hotel's misinformation , we hope that in the future from the hotel there will be no more consumers who experience similar incidents like us because it could be detrimental to other consumers and hotel owners
