DON'T YOU EVER BOOK AT THIS PLACE!!!! ALL FRAUD!! I ALREADY BOOKED FROM THE APPLICATION BUT WAS ASKED FOR MORE MONEY!! BECAUSE I DON'T WANT AN ADDITION, I WAS TOLD TO LEAVE THE HOMESTAY WITHOUT BOOKING MONEY BACK. SHAMEFUL WAY OF DOING BUSINESS!!!

EXTORTION. The hotel asked for additional fees for no apparent reason. Get out of this inn.Terrible!! Hotel desk person ask extra fee for unknown reason. So I left this motel.

Be careful if you plan to stay here via the o*o application (because I used the application at that time). There is a possibility that the price in the application is different from the one at the location. The hotel keeper, not the owner. So at that time, after booking via the application, we came to the location to check in, the guard called the owner, the husband, and said they were no longer cooperating with o*o, even though they had already paid. Then, we called his wife, who said she was in Surabaya, whose telephone number was on the Umrah banner in front of the homestay, we protested, then finally, we were able to check in. Just be careful with potential customers, pay right at the location if possible, if not, you'll be afraid of being told to pay according to the offline rate. Oh yes, at that time there was a customer who was with us at the time who booked via o*o too, who ended up leaving and coming back again because of more or less the same problem.

At first I saw other people's reviews of this homestay were not good...all of them were negative, but today I see that there have been changes, not like what the reviews said a few months ago, because now the rooms are clean, the toilets are clean, the rooms are comfortable, the toilets are still not there is a door but it's okay for solo travelers or halal couples, the guards are friendly and at this price, I think it's affordable to get an air-conditioned room in Probolinggo. The AC is also kept cold... The bed sheets are clean but there are no blankets. Recommended for people who are looking for a place to rest while in Probolinggo.

This homestay is good, clean, comfortable, the price is safe for your pocket and the caretakers are also good. The concept is non-door in the bathroom, but for married people it's not a problem... the room lights are bright, the toilet is clean, the AC is maintained, the WiFi is fast too. .. good experience staying here ..

The room is really dirty!!!The toilet is really dirty, there are traces of poop and it wasn't flushed!The bathrooms are still cleaner at the gas station than here...Not recommended at all 👎👎👎
