It looks like it needs maintenance because the ceiling of the room is so ugly it looks like horrorWe got downstairs room number 5The hot water didn't turn on in the morning even though I deliberately took the downstairs room so there was hot water and only 1 towelThe bathroom has rubbish from previous guests, then the tub is slippery and there is no rubbish bin in front of the room and the terrace light is offCome on, let's be really serious about managing a businessThe location is nice, close to T4 Makan, where the sellers are really good and the food is deliciousI happened to choose this because yesterday there was a long traffic jam and I was tired of traveling

With a price of 170 thousand/night (via Traveloka) I think the facilities provided are sufficient. There is:• good service from the caretaker;• large mattress (I chose a single);• blanket (for me very thin & small for a cold location)• a dressing table underneath that can be used to store clothes because it is like a small cupboard;• TV (I just didn't check whether it was good or not because I didn't turn it on);• table (for storing cellphone when charging);• WC with sitting toilet, bath, soap storage & mirror;• the water is fresh & clear;• balcony table and chairs at the front of the room;• The parking lot is quite spacious.However, still as input for managers & consideration for other visitors, I convey shortcomings or things that should be improved:- not given towels & other toiletries (don't know if rooms are priced above that);- not given drinking water (don't know if the rooms are priced above that);- please really upgrade the blanket, it's really cold;- the water in the bathroom was stagnant, not because it was clogged, but because the toilet floor didn't fit properly (concave in the middle);- needs to be improved in terms of room & toilet cleanliness.Next to the hotel there are many restaurants (halal), RM Aceh, RM Lamongan, etc. So don't worry about getting hungry, they are open 24 hours.Around the hotel there is a garden where you can take photos and soothe your eyes.Overall, for that price, I feel satisfied with what I get. Thank You.
