in April 2024 there will be a stay here, with the same name "mooi" only previously it was "mooi house by ziri" whereas now it is "mooi inn city center surabaya". maybe now the property holder is different or how I don't understand. What was very unfortunate was when the name changed and I ordered on one of the applications for August 10th, I wanted to visit and on August 7th the booking time arrived at the location on the 10th, the receptionist checked that my order was not available and finally they offered to be transferred to their other property, which actually I didn't have enough comfortable, didn't like it and felt disappointed with the property being offered, but because I was pressed and if I wanted to make a refund I had to report it to the application provider so I decided to accept the offer to move to their other property. even though I decided to stay at Dimooi again because the location is comfortable enough to rest peacefully away from noise, the rooms are clean, comfortable and the service is friendly

In the past, I often stayed here because it was comfortable, now bookings have been moved to another hotel location. Payment was made via Traveloka, until the hotel room was full. Moved to a hotel as comfortable as the forehead. If it's already full, why keep Traveloka open?Here, I'm not the only one who experienced the same thing, but also several other customers.THE WEIRDEST HOTELS ON EARTH.
