It's so bad it's never been treated. Staying alone feels like a horror. I don't have it on the application, I had to book it straight away, I got 200k last night. From the outside it's good, but inside it hasn't been looked after. There is AC but it's just a fan. And the bathroom smells like drains

To be honest, I've been a long-time customer of Larissa since 2021 because my wife and I always have a routine business visit scheduled every month to Karawang. From the beginning, it was really neat and nice, but as it gets here, it's getting worse, maybe in terms of the management changing and the employees who are still easy so they don't understand what's going on. that's hospitality and hospitality, so Larissa, which used to be the most comfortable and delicious place, my wife and I's favorite, has turned into a dirty, neglected place, even the facilities used to have a water bath, you know, whereas now towels are just brown, toothbrush soap isn't given if I don't ask, not even a TV. When the internet goes down, it's really sad

When I entered, I saw that the parking area was full of rubbish and the grass wasn't cleaned, I thought maybe it hadn't been cleaned because it was so busy on Sunday evenings, right?Once inside, it turned out that there was a lot of small rubbish scattered around and brooms, dustpans and mops were also scattered around. What's the matter with no workers?)When we got to the 2nd floor, the view was still the same, small rubbish was scattered around and the cleaning tools were all together, what was strange was that there was a big plastic rubbish bag that was almost full, why wasn't it moved to the dump 🥲As soon as I entered the room I was very surprised, the floor was dirty, the bathroom smelled really bad, and there was still leftover trash from previous guests who had not cleaned it, the bed sheets were really dirty and had traces of blood, the pillows also smelled and clean pillowcases had not been replaced (indeed the room was comfortable and the atmosphere was quiet but not well maintained)The intention to have fun on New Year's Eve didn't happen, I couldn't sleep because it was so itchy, I had to wear a mask to go to the bathroom because it smelled so badI want to go home, it's a shame to have paid more than 300Yes, the result is just sitting in front of the TV watching filmsFor others, before coming here, think, "Let's do it first, rather than regret it later."Personally, I just came here for the first and last timeRemember that regret is at the end, at the beginning it's registration 😭

It turns out it's true according to people's reviews, it's been proven by myself, it's very ugly, it's not suitable 🤣 The bed and bed sheets even look dirty, like they haven't been washed, it's a bit scratchy, but that's my suggestion or not, the floor of the room and bathroom are not well maintained. The guards are still young, they don't wear uniforms, they wear casual clothes, so I think they don't know proper hospitality, so maybe they clean the rooms incorrectly and don't comply with hotel etiquette, it seems.

the room was dirty, the bathroom smelled and the air conditioner was hot and not cold. The staff didn't check the electricity first so when they entered the room the electricity was off. I went to Larissa 3 times, the 1st time was good and clean, but the 2nd and 3rd times the cleanliness was poor

Bad management. The AC wasn't cold, the mattress was dirty, the sheets weren't washed clean. The bathroom smells really bad. Where are there cockroaches on the pillow! Ouch.

The worst room i've visited!!! Looks good outside but very dirty inside. I visited here because I followed my family's invitation. When I opened the door, walaaaa very dirty, AC's broken, floor dirty, toilet's door is broken no handle, and the bigger worst part was cockroach in the room!!!!! The blanket, bedding set, curtain were dirty. BIG NO. NEVER BOOKED ROOM HERE. The staff looks lazy and didn't kind, unpolite. Byeee!!! They were smoked hahahaha byeeeee

The picture in online doesn't match the real condition of the room. Bad hospitality, my room was not ready when I was arrived and the shower isnt working, instead of offering me to move to other rooms, the staff keep forced me to use bucket filled with water to replace the broken shower. The staff also didn't show good attitude while I am complaining about the service. Also in the room has a lot of stain and dust as attached in images.

Dirty room!Dirty bedsheets!Dirty towels can be brown even though the towels are actually white.The bathroom floor was slippery as if it had never been brushed & you couldn't get a toothbrush or soap.The TV is broken and maybe using the internet won't work.The water for bathing is dripping seriously, guys, how are you going to defecate? You're worried you won't be able to flush it, guys, and the toilets are going to end up hahaha ha. ......Basically, this hotel is not suitable, it doesn't match the advertisements online such as OYO, Traveloka, etc.Honestly, I was very, very disappointed and immediately moved to the Grand Karawang Indah Hotel in West Karawang.

It seemed like someone checked out before I checked in, there were still wet towels, the floor was dirty, there was hair left on the pillow, I don't know if the bed sheets had been changed or not hehe, spider webs in the corners, the floor had stains on itThe WC flush is dead, as a result black moss grows in the area where the water flows from the flush, black lines are thought to be motifs 😭Nice building, good furniture but with bad hygiene it's a big NOHopefully hygiene matters can be paid attention to again

HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED, don't worry, the hallway rooms are super duper dirty. The waiter smells of underarms, stuffy. It's better to look for another one, I swear as comfortable as it is, the AC isn't cold at all. The bathroom cloth was really wet when I first entered the room.
