Mink and Jake were lovely hosts. This place is a little slice of heaven. Highly recommend staying here.The bigger rooms were so nice, spacious, with amazing view, hang out space, comfortable bed and big bathroom.I’ll be back.Thank you!

Amazing place. Family atmosphere with a superb view and atmosphere. I extended it by a week! And the nice lady at the reception makes very good maan smoothies! I recommend mango passion fruit hehe

Rooms basic .but perfect for Shanti travelers. Excellent location. Short walk to town.. uphill so venue was not really for me. But would still recommend this accommodation. Owner is amazing and very helpful

What a great location this was! Just outside the bustling center of Pai. The center is within walking distance. The owner is very hospitable and friendly. The food is great and freshly prepared to order. We stayed in one of the villas. The villa was very spacious. We had a beautiful view over the rice fields. The large white Buddha on the mountain was also clearly visible from our terrace.

Stayed here for 10 nights and was not disappointed. Had possibly the best located roundhouse overlooking green fields , cows, birds and possibly one of the best mountain sunset views. The manageress Mink is a total treat and knowledgable in local attractions. We’re sad to leave after such a lovely stay. And all for 800bht a night. It is located about 10 minutes walk from the centre but this also meant a very quiet and peaceful stay. Highly recommend this place, esp for the warmth shown by the owners.

I stayed here for 2 weeks a few months ago. The rooms and grounds are absolutely beautiful. And the owners is the sweetest, kindest lady you'll ever meet. I definitely recommend and hope to return some day.

Host is so lovely and funny.
Accommodation is only a few minutes to the town of Pai.

Lovely place, I extended twice and stayed four nights. Definitely cheaper to book with them directly! They provide breakfast from 8:30am (not included in accommodation price but very affordable). Easy 10-15 minute walk into town, so no scooter needed (but it definitely makes life easier and good for exploring the countryside). About 1km from the starting point of the Mae Yen waterfall hike which I can highly recommend. Yes, it gets cold at night but they provide thick blankets!

Very pleasant, quiet location. The rooms are very rustic. In winter it can get very cold in the room at night. Small deduction because the hot water in the shower doesn't work well.

We had some wonderful, quiet days in our bungalow. The view over rice fields into the mountains: wonderful!The facilities are very good: fragrant, cozy bed linen, a beautiful terrace with furniture and a hammock. Lots of power sockets, mosquito net, shampoo, toilet paper and strong Wifi.We extended our trekking tour and were allowed to leave our luggage there.Breakfast is not offered due to fewer guests due to Covid. No problem: it takes 10 minutes to walk into town. There are many restaurants there.Recommendation!

I just didn't get a good feel at this place. Not a welcoming staff. No water provided in room, no soaps in bathroom. no teas/coffees provided in common space or in rooms. All of these things should be available when spending 1,000 baht per night in Pai.I was not really sure who owns/runs the place as there were children running all over and no direct leadership present. I had to hunt down and ask some guests to get the password for the internet and and they just gave me 3 (or 4) different passwords to try.Unlike the vast majority of places I've been (and I've been traveling for 3.5 of the last 6 years) I did not feel this place was a guesthouse. It was a home to some people that were trying to make some extra money. The rooms were clean and good enough however there were countless touches that were missing that one would expect at this price.

Nice little place to stay just outside the town of Pai. It's only a 10 minute walk to town so don't worry about the location. We had the superior room which was very nice. Mattress was pretty hard but that's pretty common in SE Asia. Very friendly owners. Reserved with booking dot com and on arrival owners recommended we call next time for better price.
