Very Disappointing... It was midnight, I had ordered via the Agoda application, had paid but was rejected just like that by the hotel because they said there was no further cooperation with the application. Then how is it possible that it still appears in the application? Meanwhile the payment in the application has gone to the hotel. The proof is that the hotel has approved it. If it hasn't been submitted, it won't be approved. If it is approved, it means you cannot reject it. 317 thousand just wasted... even though we mistakenly clicked on Book a Hotel which we thought was close to the Baiturrahman Grand Mosque in Banda Aceh, instead it turned out to be the Grand Mosque of Aceh Besar, 20 km to Malahayati, and after dawn we had already left to go back to the meeting in the City Center .. It only takes 4 hours to rest for a while.

Not in accordance with the specifications, the provisions for AC rooms can accommodate 3 people and a fan for 2 people. In reality it is not suitable for AC rooms for 4-5 people and fans for 1-3 people and boarding costs are calculated per head, electricity and water often go out and turned it off, the place was dirty and not maintained
