It was very nice my staing in Coconut Island, the rooms was very clean, confort matress, AC and very good food, including fish, squid and shrimps!Ilan, Coconut Island's owner is the best host that I had meet. He treat the guests as he always says: "we are family!" Even before I went to Simeulue, Ilan was helping me with air tickets and logistics to take my 3 surfboards, in the cheapest way possible. He is a local surfer what make all the diference, you don't need to worry about weather conditions to go surfing, you just need to ask Ilan where to go. Also you don't need to worry if your board is broken, Ilan can fix it! If you aren't a surfer, no problem, Ilan can take you to snorkling or visit a waterfall. Based on my experience, during my hollyday in Coconut Island, I highly recomend Coconut Island!

I stay at coconut for 4 weeks and just loved it, lLan and his wife were great hosts so friendly , the food was great and lLan gave great ideas on were to surf , nice room and just a great atmosphere, l will definitely go back and stay at coconuts

I stayed for 3 weeks and absolutely loved it. The location is great, right at the beach close to Dylan's Right and Dylan's left. The rooms are nice and clean and the food is just the best you can imagine. We got all different kinds of food and it was all delicious, including loads of seafood.But what makes this place special is the people. The staff is extremely friendly and Ilan is just the perfect host taking care of absolutely everything. He was our surf guide, tour guide, surfboard repair, chess partner, coconut climber, city guide and just an all around great guy to talk to ... always with a smile on his face.If you want to surf in Simuelue, this is the place to be.

We stayed at Coconut Island Surf Stay as a group of four friends. Ilan picked us up from the airport and we immediately felt very welcomed. The rooms and the garden are beautiful. We felt like part of the family. Everyone was so nice and the food that his wife and family cooked for us was just amazing!Simeulue is beautiful and Ilan knows everything about the island. Ilan really cares about his guests and wants to make sure you have a good time. He showed us around and gave the best tips for surfing and the island in general! Even for the ones of our group who didn’t surf there was so much to see and do on the island. Ilan showed us a waterfall, beautiful beaches, told us about the history of the island and planned a boat trip to a the most beautiful small island I have ever seen. Even though we didn’t have that much time, we got to do so many fun things. We definitely recommend staying at Coconut Island Surf Stay! Thank you so much for your time, your smiles and the great memories! 😍🤗

Ilan and his family are great people, who really want you to have a wonderful holiday. Weather it’s surf guiding to remote waves, fishing, going to exotic islands or playing chess in a local coffee place, Ilan often has amazing ideas to make an unforgettable holiday for you. The food of his wife is amazing and probably the best I ever had in a surf resort. Totally recommend it and hope to return soon👌🏻

Everything about our stay here was amazing!The food was super delicious. Everyone was super friendly and made us feel like home right from the start. Ilan is an excellent surf guide and showed us everything from uncrowded surf-spots to beautiful beaches. He also has a great camera and takes amazing pictures. Hope to come back again soon!

I stayed there for about 3 weeks.First of all, it was a gathering of nice people, including the owner Mr. Iran, his family, and friends.The accommodation is equipped with hot showers and toilets, and has plenty of private space.Three meals a day are included, and Mr. Yiran's wife and friends will prepare dishes with flavors that suit Japanese people.If you're surfing, the owner, Mr. Eilan, sometimes works as a surf guide, so you won't have to worry about anything because he'll tell you the best points of the day.

Extraordinary.The service is good and very friendly. It feels like a family, it's so friendly and the service is good.Very satisfied staying here... The accommodation is clean, the rooms are clean, spacious, the AC is cold, you can have breakfast, there is a water heater, the accommodation feels private, the price is very affordable, beachside position. You can check in early if the room you are occupying is empty without incurring additional fees. There are rarely any accommodations that allow early check-in.Recommend for those playing Simeulue to stay here.To get to the city center from the inn is around 15-20 minutes.I ordered a family and standard room.Family Room 4 beds. You can see it in the photo... There are deluxe rooms and bungalows which happen to be occupied by guests from Japan.

Awesome place, right on the beach front. Ilan is a great host and knows all the best spots for surfing and snorkeling and the right conditions. Food is excellent & we were treated like family. Ilan being a local showed us around Sinebang and intoduced us to the local culture and some fantastic Simeulue coffee shops. People are very friendly on the island and waved to us as we rode our motorbikes. Terima kasih to Ilan and his family for a wonderful holiday.

A cozy inn run by a local Elan.Elan is a surfer and uses his local experience and knowledge to take you to various spots.Even if I have trouble because I can speak Japanese,A nice guy who always smiles and treats you with kindness and compassion.Right in front of the sea, just a short walk to Dylan PointThere are no other accommodations nearby, so you can spend a quiet time.The staff were cheerful, and since it's a family-run business, I felt safe, secure, and very comfortable.I personally highly recommend this accommodation!

Incredible! After staying in several accommodations in Simeulue, we have undoubtedly found the definitive one. We met Ilan surfing and without hesitation we decided to stay with him. We have met his family working on the site, cooking and helping us in any way possible, the food is beyond incredible. Not only does he know all the places to surf, but he also shows you the best places to drink coffee in the city, go diving... and the best thing is that he accompanies you and spends time with you. We have no doubt that we will return and spend a lot of time with them.

Nice place, just beside Dylan's right spot (you get to the wave paddeling !), at center between west spots and south spots. The food is amazing. People are very nice and kind.Spécial word for Ilan, owner of the surf stay. He's a local of simeulue, hé knows every place and every one. It'll make your stay very EASY 😉.

I had a great time every day with the owner of the inn, Elan, and his family. This is a comfortable accommodation where you can feel like you are staying in a homestay. Hot showers, comfortable air conditioning, and delicious meals every day. The rice has great seasoning! It's the best meal time for 2 weeks without getting tired. For surfing, you can go to various points with Elan's guide. He has a friendly personality, so you can't stop laughing. You can talk to me about any other problems you may have, and I'm very reliable! ! The inn's dog Zeo, two cats, hammock, tropical scenery visible from the inn, and hearing the Koran will make you feel happy every day!

Coconut surf resort is with no doubt the best surf stay in Simeulue island. The room are cozy the place is wonderful, the food is amazing and very abundant. But what really makes this place perfect is Ilan. He’s a great guy, very careful to the customers. If there are waves he knows the best spot to go and he will show you how to get there. If the surf is not good Ilan can take you fishing, snorkeling or exploring every corner of this beautiful island.A big thank to you Ilan, your wife and your stuff!Me and my friends had the best time in Simeulue!🤙🏽
